Cafe Seema is a good fast food restaurant which is located in Kandy - Dalada Weediya (Infront of Dialog Head office). Prices were reasonable and the place was nice and calm. I ordered a Sausage Cheese Kottu & a Chocolate milkshake and they were delicious. Would recommend this place, but often this place gets crowded.

The Place is Nice. it's on the 4th floor on that building. Foods were good. Recommending chicken cheese kottu.

I ordered chicken fried rice, chicken kottu, chicken pasta, lime mojito & lime juice. But till one and a half hour, only kottu is available. It was a huge waste of time. Very disappointed. Poor service.

Actually went into try the Bubble-Tea.... The bubble tea was OK, it could have been a li'l colder though. Then we ordered Special Fried Rice and Chicken Kottu. The kitchen kottu was of the tastiest kottu I've ever tried. The special rice wasn't actually that special except for the 3 pieces if sausages and the sunny side up. Would recommend this place to couples who wanna spend some quality time together and have some cool pics!! Food pricing was reasonable, the major drawback is they don't have Card payment so make sure you have enough cash or you have to run up and down 4 floors to the nearest ATM. And the music was too loud and disturbed the ambience. It's better if they could play some smooth acoustic music! It was a good experience after a hectic exam week!!! Recommended!! Give a shot to that kottu;-)

It's a very tiny space and only about 15 people can eat here at once with about 5 people out in the balcony. They just started so I'm sure they'll eventually expand. Their tables were slippery and the dishes kept moving about. We only tried their famous rice and at 250/= it was worth it. They can improve on the taste and the hygiene and the general outlook of the place.

A very nice and calm place. Probably one of the best. Quite a good meals, taste great. But seats are limited tho. Moreover loved cafe seema.!

Besssssst Cheese Kottu ever.. Ofcoz you should try this and other dishes here, Food was superb but a little bit late as there is a small staff there I think.. it is really fine as we can enjoy our best until food get ready. The place and the staff was amazing... cheap prices. Highly recomended 💯

This place is hard to find, and if you stand outside the Singer Mega building and look up, you'll see a signboard with the place's name on it on the fourth floor, with no arrows or route markers there to guide you. After climbing four flights of stairs you'll come across a small sign with an arrow pointing right, and this is the only way of knowing that you've arrived at the right place. Other than the hand drawn angel wings outside the entrance that people use to pose for photographs, the decor inside is threadbare. There are a couple of tables inside, plus a few more on the balcony. The place could surely use a bit more decor and upkeep. If you're wondering why no one has uploaded a menu of this place (as of the writing of this review), this is due to one simple reason. The 'menu' is printed on three A4 sheets, is put inside a clip file and kept next to the cashier. It looks thumbed and quite worn, and some entries have been cut off using a ballpoint pen. Some of the drinks available are written with chalk on a side wall, which would not technically help out anyone who is trying to order a full meal. The staff doesn't seem to be concerned about basic hygiene of the place. Sure, everyone wears masks all the time, but the tables look unclean, with bits of food lying around. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept for a while. The person who served us our drinks put the two glasses in front of us and then simply placed the two straws right there on the table, which was very off putting. The glasses they used to serve drinks in were small, and were chipped, which made us realize that they didn't really bother with replacing them. The drinks themselves (in this case, virgin mojitos) felt a bit too sweet, and left us even more thirsty than before. The redeeming factor here is the food, which was surprisingly good. We ordered the nasi goreng and fried chicken and they both arrived within 20 minutes or so, hot and fresh. The chicken was properly fried and somewhat spicy. The nasi goreng potion was enough for two people and came with a reasonable number of chicken pieces, an egg, a slice of pineapple, chutney and chili paste. There are plenty of cafes popping up all over Kandy, and if Cafe Seema wants to survive, they need to put a lot more effort into building up a good reputation and maintaining it.

This is the second time I visit. We also bought the 2 chicken kottu & mojito.and there were bones instead of chicken not a single pieces of chicken, all are bones. It was a waste of money. The staff was talking loudly and laughing.dissapointed.i will never go again and not recommended to anyone👎

Great place! Nice vibe and good food for a reasonable price. If you can introduce some more choices to the customers that would be great. Bcz majority of restaurants in Kandy have typical food items such as burgers, submarines, kottu, pasta etc. If you can be more creative and introduce different food options that'll give you a competitive advantage. I have to say that they don't have an attached washroom facility. It's a lil bit minus point for me. Overall great place and I will be back. (Don't forget to give some napkins next time😁) Cheers!

Well worth the price and has some tasty food 🍲 Although it is bit hard to walk up to the spot it has an awesome view too. 😇

Took very long time to prepare. And not delicious. Chicken submarine like seeni sambal banis. And cheese kottu too sweet taste. ( added too much sugar). Presentation of Drinks is nice

If you’re looking for a place where to relax and talk or whatever, this place would be the best. They have good munu available and even some new stuff as well (Please try pancakes, mojito & wonder shake). The ambiance of this cafe was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Well done & Keep up the good work guys !

A good place to have a snack in kandy. It's been un kandy for a while but could visit it recently. You can get good for a good price. Also, if you're a vegetarian, there are a lot of optione available as well. The staff over here is friendly and if you need, you can hang out for a while

So i saw their bubble tea poster and thought finally we have bubble tea in Kandy. Unfortunately there were no ‘bubbles’ in the bubble tea rather there were pieces of bubbles. And some were not boiled properly as well.And too much sugar.:(
