Keells is one of the three largest retail operators in Sri Lanka, alongside Cargills Food City and Arpico Super Center. The store is spacious and with ample parking space out front. Groceries, vegetables, bakery, food court and liquor store are available on the premises. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Wow its one of marvellous keels supper outlet in kandy city. It provides self service snack counter. And juice bar. Good service and friendly environment. Plenty of parking available here. It's close by to many valuable places around dangolla junction. Thank you for your amazing service.

A stop for almost all my grocery needs, I love this place because its convenient, clean and attentive. I must mention that most of the staff members are very young, but have a wonderful attitude and are willing to do their job well.

Good place to have shopping, staff are friendly. But guy who making kottu has some other jobs than making kottu for the customers. I have waited more than 15 min twise until he appeared from inside room.

Bad customer service. The employees do not care about the customers and they always ignore and pass if someone asking for something. Yesterday, I was long awaited for buying meat. There was no one on the meat and fish counter. But, there was few employees chatting at the backery. And also, at the cashier, the employee who was billing the customer before me went to show unilever gifts. There was no one to take my bill. However, there are about 5,6 employees gossiping nearby counter. I asked them for billing as my children started to cry. But they were not listening. There was someone (a supervisor I think) also there but not looking forward. At last I keep the goods at the trolly and came back as no one is there.

The best place to do grocery shopping in Kandy. Ample parking space and the helpful staff makes this place much more convenient than others. Their food court serves many different varieties of food, but my favourite is rice and curry. We can get a good quality meal for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Located in a very convenient place in Peradeniya and has ample parking space. Also includes a liquor store, bakery and butchery. One of the best supermarkets in the business.

Aa a tourist visiting for last five years so surprised un hike in prices of basic family staples for me having GBP exchanged to ruppees is bearable

One of the largest supermarket chains (perhaps biggest) in Sri Lanka. Kandy Keells Super like most of its other outlets, offers all retail items including food parlour and a liquor shop. However, pharmacy was not in operation,the day I visited the outlet. So pharmacy is an inevitable requirement for a supermarket and not quite sure its a temporary closure. Those who stay in Asiri hospital Kandy, this supermarket will be an easy access for them since it is located in walking distance. If I am not mistaken this outlet closes by 9.0 pm like many other shops in the area. Great place to have your shopping experience more delighted.

Good service. And speclly i was lucky to enjoy a piece of my favourite music here every time I visited.

These Sri Lankan companies operate without any social conscience. Solely motivated by maximising profit, they are bereft of empathy or compassion. How can "YOU" turn a blind eye to the suffering of your people ?

Near to Asiri hospital. Convenient place for easy access. As well bar is perfect because we can go there and pick the bottles or beers can if we prefer then go to cashier to proceed payments.

we loved to shopping at keels super market chain.but we were disappointed bcos of few incidents happened here with bad attitudes of few sales staff.specially in this branch ,since the day it opened recently. And also common to see in most places, workers are filling goods in racks blocking the row access to customers even not considering customers safety.

Very good service and a large variety of items. They have started self check out and portable bar code readers so you can get to know the total cost going to be even before reaching the cashier . Food and all the items are in good quality

The place is a good supermarket. It has almost everything we need. So I like that place. Sadly I don't take photos. I recommend anyone to go there and do their shopping.

I wish the bakery staff were more nice and didn’t have an attitude. This lady today gave an attitude and got mad at me today.I was buying a hotdog and a bun and you have to get the code on it so that they can bill it yeah. This lady came up to me and told she will write it for me and then she asked me if it’s the same one in both the bags and I said yes by mistake and she got real mad for that. Ruined my whole day because I was hungry and in a rush. I got mad because this is the 2nd time she did this to me. First time I asked for a passion fruit juice and she looked at me and said turned around without giving an answer. Keels usually has amazing service , sad to see when stuff like this happens. It ruins the name. Keels is my go to supermarket but because of this lady I don’t feel like going anymore . Hope management can solve this issue and atleast teach her how to handle people.

It is better do something to avoid long queue at liquor store.

Very spacious outlet. Very close to Asiri hospital. Excellent choices as all other Keels outlets have. Freindly staff. Fairly big car park. There is an IOC filling station on the opposite.

Best one. There has a tob liquor shop & and we can choose liquor before buy.

Service is good and you can have everything you expect from a supermarket. Bar was there and Bakery was there. Friendly staff.

A regular Keels supermarket but the choice of vegetables and meat is good. They also have a bakery and take away lunch.

3 years ago All daily needs item verities from vegetable, bakery, pharmacy is available under one roof in reasonable price, offer week is good for shopping from keells. Price is coman compared to other hyper market.good service

It was a refreshing experience to walk into & shop in this S/M today (Sept 5th) ... My 2nd visit in two weeks😳🤔 So nice seeing The Staff ... with, welcoming smiles & so eager to be of assistance. The Chicken & Mushroom Pie 🥧 needs a wee bit more ... punch (it could be the lack of enough cream sauce & also... not enough, solids viz. mushroom & chicken😳) Why not make it bigger & charge, that bit extra🤔 Yes, we all do look fwd to better days ahead, in Lanka ... when, all your shelves will be stacked with goodies (Local & Imported) 😊😊 I do miss the Imported Chocolates 😋😋

Very efficient service. Ordered online several times during the lockdown and the order was accurate every time. Once they accidently sent margarine in place of cheese but it only took me one phone call. They immediately corrected their mistake. Highly satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Not the cleanest or the most well maintained Keells outlet, but in terms of the products they stock, it's probably the highest end outlet in Kandy. They have some popular foreign products and organics which other outlets in Kandy generally don't stock. Has a reasonably large carpark and is conveniently located.
