Here's the deal - If you go during a festive season, these salespeople will be all ears and will be receptive and ready to help. But on a regular day? Ugh, forget about it! It's like their chit chat is more important than us customers. There were so many salesman around, but none of them actually wanted to assist. So frustrating!

Best place to get dressed

Today we went to kandy branch but we couldn't park our vehicle its 3wheel. They taking car jeep all big vehicle they ask us to park front parking in that place also couldn't. We came no shopping in your shop

In women's wear section good collections are there and sizes also available. Prices are little bit higher than other textiles. They have four trial rooms in that floor but, not enough. Always busy and have to wait for a long time to our turn. Good customer care especially the securities are very kind.

Bought a shoe at kandy branch on january, When I went to buy the product the sales man describe the product as it can be used for long term use, but not even a month, The shoe got scraped in many places and I talked over the phone to thilakawadana and they asked me to come and return but When I went there, They said me that it can’t be exchange, They refused me and looking after another customer without giving a proper response. Earning money is their only aim not their customer’s satisfaction. Cheap product, worst of money

The evening we visited this place, it was not that busy as it usually been. We noticed a difference in the sales personnel... there were many of them, very observant towards customer behaviour and they had an eye on the customer's interest, followed them in a helpful interest and were concerned to customer satisfaction. Hope they keep it up during during rush moment. The prices are bit expensive comparing to other shopping malls, parking facilities must improve. Overall I'm satisfied.
