This
is
regarding
the
unpleasant
and
incompetent
behaviour
of
some
staff
members
at
CCC.
My
husband
and
I
visited
CCC
for
an
appointment
recently.
The
first
complaint
we
have
is
that
we
were
hurried
up
by
a
receptionist
saying
that
the
doctor
had
already
arrived.
The
doctor
was
to
arrive
at
4
p.m
but
he
came
only
at
5.45
p.m,
almost
1
1/
2
hrs
later
than
the
time
the
above
person
claimed
he
did
and
hurried
us
to
come.
We
do
not
understand
her
need
to
lie
as
both
of
us
were
unwell
and
we
had
to
lean
on
a
wall
to
rest
ourselves
for
all
that
time
due
to
the
lack
of
seating,
which
of
course
is
our
complaint
number
2.
The
last
complaint
is
against
the
sheer
unprofessionalism
and
the
disorganization
of
some
of
the
staff.
First
they
sent
us
to
the
ground
floor
to
get
our
receipt.
We
waited
there
as
the
women
in
the
reception
were
having
their
personal
chat.
Then
they
directed
us
to
another
corner
of
the
same
floor
where
due
to
lack
of
organisation
there
it
took
another
while
to
be
told
by
yet
another
woman
there
that
we
had
to
go
back
up
to
the
first
floor.
At
this
I
complained
to
those
who
directed
us
there
as
to
why
they
were
so
senseless
and
irresponsible.
Their
sole
reaction
was
to
laugh
at
me
as
soon
as
I
turned
my
back
on
them.
Sorry
to
say
it
took
us
another
15
mins
to
find
the
actual
room
in
the
convoluted
mess
called
CCC.
In
any
other
country
your
institution
would
have
been
sued
for
such
negligence
and
arrogance
of
behaviour
toward
patients
who
are
already
in
pain.
We
have
no
intention
of
channelling
doctors
at
CCC
ever
again
and
would
also
discourage
others
from
visiting
the
same.
