My son at work had to leave work early due to a fever. My family's hospital was closed in the afternoon, so I was looking for a nearby hospital. In this time of the coronavirus pandemic, if you have a fever, you are required to undergo a PCR test, and the comments made it seem like the response to the coronavirus was poor, so I was hesitant, but I was also offered treatment in the afternoon, and I was turned away because other places were fully booked. So I called anyway. The telephone response was also very clear and polite. This time, I was treated as a fever outpatient clinic, so I was treated in my car, but the treatment was easy to understand, with the nurse going back and forth and responding to the patient over the phone. Only the patient himself entered the prefabricated treatment room and was given medical treatment. Previously, my daughter contracted the coronavirus and it took two or three days to get the results at the hospital where she was treated, but even though the clinic here was open in the evening, I received the negative results at 9:37 the next day. When it came to my son (he's a minor), the doctor who treated him said that he felt really good. I will treat you with courtesy and proper hygiene management. I thought it was good. When I started feeling unwell, I also thought about seeing a doctor.

Thank you for your help after being infected with the new coronavirus. First, call and explain your symptoms, then hang up and wait for the hospital to contact you. I will head to the hospital at the appointed time and call you when I arrive. Wait in your car as directed by the hospital. You will not be able to see the doctor until after the general outpatient clinic has finished. I was contacted again by the hospital, and from there I was examined and tested at a prefabricated hut, and after seeing the results, the examination was completed. I received a prescription (Zocova was prescribed if it was positive), paid the bill, and went home. Gasoline was a waste as I had to wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time. However, I was grateful for the kind and thorough examination I received. thank you for helping me.

It is a hospital with very strong precautions against corona and strong habits. In that sense, I don't think there is any fear of infection. However, I ended up having to make two trips back and forth between my home and the hospital to receive a doctor's appointment. Personally speaking, it's out of the question. I definitely cannot recommend choosing this hospital when traveling is difficult.

My father is seeing a urologist. Since I needed a prostate biopsy, I was asked to stop the blood thinning medication I had been taking since I had a previous stroke for three days. On the morning of that day, I received a phone call, and when I came out to accompany the test, they checked to see if I had stopped taking the medication. When I checked my call history, I saw that I had received a call from 2 days ago. My father, who is hard of hearing, didn't seem to notice. Because he was elderly, he had contacted me to stop taking his medication. The doctor was easy to talk to, and when I told him that I was having problems with my legs, he immediately took a CT scan and diagnosed a compression fracture and spinal canal stenosis, and I was able to see an orthopedic surgeon right away. I live far away and can't take time off from work right away, so it was really helpful for me to be able to take care of you right away and accompany you to the test. The nurses have been kind to my father, and I hope he will continue to come here.

This was my first visit to the urology department due to cystitis. It was my first time visiting, and the clinic was clean and bright, and I was greeted with kindness. The teacher's explanations were thorough and the atmosphere was very good. .

This is the person who took the PCR test yesterday. The nurse told me that they would contact me whether or not I got the results of the PCR test the next day, so I waited the next day, but I developed a high fever the day after the test, and in the evening I was waiting to hear back. When I contacted the outpatient department, I was informed that today's examination was over. (It says on the website that Thursdays are only available in the morning) I needed to contact my workplace, so I called the dialysis room that had a phone connection. She was very polite and told me that there was someone from the outpatient department and I would try to connect her.As I waited, a few minutes later I received a call from the outpatient nurse.I explained the above and she said, ``Today's consultation will be until mid-morning.'' But I just said I'd call you today, but I didn't say I'd call you in the evening.'' I repeated this about 5 times. She also repeats, ``The PCR test is a retest, so there's no guarantee that I'll get the results today.I was about to leave work and was waiting for the results.I was thinking of calling you now.'' This is not a word for people who use it very much. I couldn't find the name, so I'll ask. Honestly, I don't think it's worth giving stars. Will the hospital's rating drop because of one person? ?

The doctor in charge will listen carefully to what you have to say, so you can feel at ease during the treatment. The reception and nursing staff are also friendly and kind. However, the waiting time is much longer than other hospitals except for the start time of the consultation. There is also a pharmacy next to the reception desk, but there is only one pharmacist, so it takes a long time from the time the patient is examined to the time the patient pays the bill. It's been a long time since I went to the hospital, but it's a shame because if there were at least two pharmacists, it would be less crowded while waiting to pay.

① It takes a long time from the time blood is drawn until the test results are available. ②The doctor's attitude changes depending on the person. He is kind to the people he likes, but his attitude is intimidating to the people he doesn't like. ③Nurses depend on the person; some are kind, while others have no emotions, like robots. ④I went there with confidence because the reviews were good, but don't put too much faith in them.

I had a fever and had to call twice after 4pm, but the response was sloppy and seemed like a hassle.
