If you had at least let me know that you were on your lunch break, I would have been able to kill some time. All I could do was wait in the waiting room, wondering when I would be called. I think you are taking the patient's time too lightly.

Compared to other hospitals, we were given detailed explanations and responses at the time of reception, as well as detailed explanations during our visit and easy-to-understand explanations for any questions we had. I would like to come here again the next time I have a health checkup.
