I think it's a good gym, although it's a bit old. There aren't many strange people on the staff. I was worried that there was only one trainer who was really noisy. The reason for the 1 star is the users. Especially the elderly. Loud chatting without masks in the locker room. They say things like, ``It just happened when the coronavirus hit (lol).'' During self-service hours when there are no staff, I do cardio without wearing a mask. I think people who break these rules should be expelled. 2024/2/9 added I wanted to take in-body measurements, so I used the ticket every time for the first time in about 2 years. It's still full of old people. We blocked the aisle with lockers and had a chat. It's just a hindrance.

I heard from my experience that there is an unpleasant female staff member at the pool. No greeting, no smile, and say something to me with a disgusted face. I shudder to think of seeing that face every time I go swimming. I'm glad I didn't join.

The locker rooms and bathrooms are old. , It can't be helped because of the age of the building. Although it is old, it has been cleaned. Whether it feels unsanitary or not depends on each person. There are a certain number of people who are happy to use it. Due to this coronavirus pandemic, many members are talking without masks in the powder space, and those who are concerned about this cannot expect any improvement. If you are concerned about people, you have no choice but to keep your distance as much as possible. (This is just a measure to prevent infection during the coronavirus pandemic.) I get the impression that most of the staff are young people these days. Young people these days think about things efficiently, both in a good and bad way. Even if a voice behind my back says, ``I'm tired,'' after a workout, I can't bring myself to turn around and bow my head. (Personally, I don't need to say it if that's the case.) Well, since you're training efficiently through aerobic and muscle training, you don't need to place importance on the staff's hospitality or language. Of course, there are no unpleasant staff members. The response to those who wish to join is excellent. I go there two or three times a week, and I have no problems with the training facilities, and I think they are actually good. I don't have a good opinion of the staff, but I have no complaints either. I think the best thing about it is its location and facilities, which are very close to Kanamachi Station. I will continue to use them.

A good sport gym almost in front of Kanamachi Station. Open 24 h, so plenty of options for your training, including group classes. The gym staff is also friendly and helpful. Some weight machines would need an update, but after all almost all kind of exercises are possible.

Most of the staff are Matomo, A woman who said she didn't know anything was teaching elderly people for a fee three months later. There were no preventive measures against infectious diseases, and even though the ``◎◎ warts'' that appeared all over the body were an infectious disease that had to be reported to the public health center, I was still a member without any hesitation. The doctor said that there was a large amount of ``Legionella bacteria'' (a veteran's disease) and pink bacteria (on the floor), which are currently causing a stir, and that there were a lot of bacteria in the sauna that rotted the air. That person just quit. I think it's natural that there are no educated staff because the membership fee is low. He is currently going to the gym at a hotel in the subcenter of Tokyo. It seems like a great price. I took him there once, and it was amazing. The entrance fee is apparently 10 million yen, and there aren't many people there, but the space from the hotel to the sauna is unnecessarily large. As expected, you can't join, but you can use it if you stay at a hotel, so I go there from time to time.

I started going to this gym to lose weight. The staff is kind, courteous, and makes you feel comfortable! I am grateful for your concern for me on a regular basis, asking things like, ``How are you doing lately?'' and ``If there's anything you don't understand, please ask me.'' Thanks to the support of the staff, I have lost 6 kg in the year since I started attending the clinic, and now I feel lighter and more fashionable. Thank you for your continued support!

When I tried to cross the crosswalk at a nearby intersection because the light was green, an Oasis bus came trespassing and it was very dangerous! !

It's been a while since I joined, but the lockers and changing rooms are very dirty and disgusting with dust and hair. The floor of the changing room is full of mold, and the mats have been changed, but they are so full of hair and dirt that it's hard to step on. The toilets also lack cleanliness. The building is getting old and I'm thinking about leaving.

I started going there to lose weight. I thought the staff's behavior and facilities were very good. But what about user etiquette? Too bad, Especially grandmothers, you are not the only users, so if you have any complaints, please go to another gym ☺︎

The reception staff was the worst. I visited today for a trial course, and the elderly woman at the reception desk was terrible. First of all, all the explanations were insufficient and I was given a band tape at the reception desk, but the only explanation I got was, ``Please put it on as you like.'' I think it's probably a band tape to prove that it's a trial course, but I don't know because there's no explanation. Also, in the case of a trial course, you pay the fee at the reception, but when I asked to rent the shoes afterwards, I was told with a disgusted look, ``You should have done it earlier.'' If so, shouldn't you check the rental items when paying for the trial course? I won't mention her name because she was behaving in a way that seemed to be both friendly and rude, but regarding the elderly woman who was at the reception desk around 2:00 p.m. on September 2, 2023, I think you should take a tour of the gym. As for the machines at the gym, I had the impression that they had plenty of machines for things other than arms. As for the spa, it seems like a regular public bath with a sauna and cold bath. However, there is no place to take a break inside the bathhouse, so if you are going for a sauna, you may be disappointed. I went with the intention of joining, but the receptionist's response turned me off. My main purpose was to use the gym, but there are other options around Kanamachi, so I don't think there is any reason why I would prefer this place. I'm glad I was able to know that before joining.
