彼女が留学するということで、帰ってきた時にビックリさせたくて筋トレを始めました。
初めは1人でやっていたのですが、ちょうど水泳をやっていた時の先輩がジムを開設したという事を聞きまして、ご縁もあり2ヶ月間通わさせて頂きました。
週に1回のペースで通い、食事もどの様な物を摂ったらいいか教えていただき、どんどん成果が出てきました。
写真で見比べたら、分かりやすいぐらいに変化が出ていて自分でも驚き、嬉しくなりました!
自分が鍛えたい箇所、目的に合わせたトレーニングで、無理なく続けられました。
職場の人達からも声をかけられて本当に変わったんだなと実感でき、これで安心して彼女を迎えられると思います。(笑)
