数年ぶり2度目のラウンジ利用でしたが、ホスピタリティのかけらもありませんでした。以前も思いましたがスタッフ教育が全くできておらず、大変不快な思いをさせられました。忙しい合間をぬって選んで行ったのに貴重な時間を無駄にされた感じです。レストランやホテルの中でこれ程酷いのも珍しいかと思いますが、以前に比べ大分お客様も減っていて納得。お食事も1番高いお肉を頼みましたが臭みもあり更には噛みきれず、仕事の合間で食事をとらないとだったので頑張って食べましたが全て食べられませんでした。相方の選んでいた特大海老フライも下処理していない黒い部分が半分見えており、海老は細くほぼ衣でビックリしました。デザートもケーキに添えるソースが何を頼んでも一緒なのか、見栄えだけで全くケーキと合っておらず邪魔してて残念なプレートでした。デザートの際にお詫びにと飲み物をサービス提供するとの事でしたが後の祭りで気分はガタ落ちしているので飲みたい気分にはなれませんでした。(行ってすぐ不快な思いさせられた後にお手洗いに行きましたが、フロントを通ったので一件を相談した所総支配人の方だったので配慮かと思いますが、普通は嫌な思いをさせてしまったらスタッフが先に上の者に相談するべきなのにできていませんでした) 価格は1万円でその価値は全く無かったです。ディナーのお誘いもありましたが期待できないので断ろうと思います。ホテルコンセプトがいいだけに、実際がこの接客、料理内容では何がやりたいのか全く分かりませんでした、、、。久しぶりに残念な場所にいってしまいました。

ホテルに入ると受付の人がきて、お部屋の中の設備まで案内してくださいました。 SONYのBluetoothスピーカー、ダイソンのドライヤー、高そうなシャワーヘッドがあり驚いた。わっぱ弁当箱の中にアメニティが入っておりオシャレでした！ 上毛カルタが置いてあり、「これテレビでこの前見ました」と伝えると嬉しそうにその時のテレビの様子を話してくださいました。 ホテルのベッドもふかふかで気持ちよかったです。 今まで色んなホテルに泊まってきましたが、どこのホテルにもないような素敵でオリジナリティあふれるホテルでした。 朝ごはんはメニューのセットから選べます。朝ごはんのパンが忘れられないほど美味しかった！！

I really like the art design in the hotel, of course the architecture is made by Mr. Fujimoto! The food at the LOUNGE was really nice, a little pricey though. I will definitely visit again and try different room there, but hope the hospitality will become better.

記念日などに利用させて頂いております🌟 白井屋ホテルさんはオシャレでキレイなお部屋で、建物自体がアート作品になっており、とても興味深い空間となっている所が好きです✨ お料理も、一点一点こだわり抜かれていて、普段食べられないような一風変わったメニューで素晴らしいと思います♪ また、サウナも2種類完備されていて今回フィンランドサウナに入らせて頂いたのですが、 すごく楽しめました^_^ また機会がありましたら、ミストサウナに挑戦してみたいと思っております！ 本当にいつもありがとうございます😊

An absolute must to stay in the designer rooms (try the Jasper Morrison room) in the heritage buildings. Staff have provided more than excellent service by being patient with requests and administrative matters. Had dinner in the lounge - it might be quite pricey for what it was worth - about 4500 yen per person for just one main each and we shared a salad appetizer. Think of this hotel as an experiential museum.

Beautiful art hotel in Maebashi , incredible the attention to details and decor . Each room features art pieces from an artist, as well as the lobby and the common areas . We had dinner and the lounge restaurant and it was delicious , friendly staff . The drink menu should be improved . Highly recommend if you’re into contemporary art .

The hotel is a few bus stops away from Maebashi train station so it is not very accessible. Staff can speak a bit of English but my friend was able to speak conversational Japanese so communication was not a problem. The staff inform us that there is hotel tour and we joined the tour led by hotel staff. Unfortunately, tour is in Japanese so if you cannot understand the language, you would not be able to know what info is shared. The room is very tastefully decorated and size of room is quite comfortable. Given the price of about ¥48000 a night, I think this is the basic it can deliver. We didn’t know there were private sauna available as staff did not mention when we check in. In the end we didn’t have time to go for it, especially since it is not available through the day but only at specific periods. This is a very pretty hotel that offers many spots for great photos but I do find it pricey considering the overall experience of stay was ok but nothing particularly impressive.

Love this hotel with arts. Beautiful execution of simplicity and light up. The lounge restaurant is excellent too.

I stayed one night last month and it was very unique and special experience in my travel in Japan. 5 stars for artworks and design also excellent french cuisine, The Restaurant. Also there is an hidden, secret bar, the bar Macha tei which has romantic and mysterious atmosphere. But if I have to complain one thing, the hotel room is too tiny.

外装から内装まで芸術的で洗練されていて、いい意味で群馬っぽくなかったです笑 夕食はいただきませんでしたが朝食は和食と洋食で選べ、どちらも安いホテルの朝食バイキングとは比べ物にならないと思います。 また、北関東で唯一のブルーボトルコーヒーも白井屋ホテルさんの敷地内にあります。

For anyone who loves storytelling, art, quality and community, Shiroiya is a great inspiration of hospitality, interior and design. We had dinner and breakfast here too which felt wholesome filled with thoughtfulness. Each room are collaboration with different artists so it was interesting to read their stories through the book provided and the tablet in the room. highly recommend the finnish sauna! it has cold bath too. great in the morning to freshen and sharpen the mind. Herb mist is great for the night to detoxify! I will come back again has I see Shiroiya a place of destination filled with inspiration.
