Ordered the ribs for takeout....got home 5 minutes later...ribs were cold! Veggies were also cold! What's happening RT?! Usually it's good & fall off the bone, but not this time. Also there was no utensils, napkins or handy wipes. It's a good thing we took it home to eat & not stopped for a picnic. I know this is PANDEMIC times, but I expected more from you guys. Sorry, it's a 1 star!

Very incredible place to eat.

Always get my usuals that never disappoints( new Orleans seafood). The salad bar is immaculate with all the different toppings etc.

The hostess wasn’t so nice but our server James went the extra mile with us, super friendly, fast and helpful and that’s why I’m giving the five stars, I ordered the Cajun ribeye and it was soooooooo delicious, my mouth was watering the whole time, the salad bar is also very good, you should try it, won’t regret it, I will be coming back for sure.

Good food, but service could be better

This place felt like it could’ve had the potential to be really good. But 20$ for a tiny piece of chicken that didn’t taste that good is not worth it. My wife asked for a sprite and she got a seltzer water instead, I had asked for a ginger ale which looked like ginger ale but tasted like a stale sprite. The appetizers were good but the meals were below satisfactory. Overall I don’t recommend this place, for the Expensive price that we payed by the end of our meal it was not worth it at all. If you want a nice place to go to GO to Outback Steakhouse.

Great service and delicious food. Food server was courteous and friendly and helpful. My brother enjoyed celebrating his.birthday there. Also had the chicken and avocado burger. Delicious!

Was closed cause of COVID 19!

Just reopened for dine in since closure for covid19! About half full as mandated and everyone wearing mask! Food was good as usual as was the service! Welcome back!!

Swiss burger was rock solid.my chicken hickory bourbon chicken was terrible no utensils was now worth $42,00 it was terrible

We had an order delivered and my order was messed up so bad (like half of the main components missing) but one phone call later and we were so satisfied with how they were able to make up for it. Went back the next day for dinner and they remembered our issue and were so nice. The food is delicious (better than on the mainland).

Variety of choices. Just I’m not too into the deep fried stuffs. They have endless salads. Appetizers are good,quesadillas and nachos dips. My husband’s steak was good. My steak (mash room on top) they did over well done instead of medium well. The waitress was nice, so I didn’t complain just took it.

First positive experience ! Our server Daniel did such a good job! Very polite and knew what he was doing.Had an ohana of 10 and the service was great!

My sisters and I celebrated Mother's day early and ate lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. To my surprise the self serve salad bar is open! The service was great and the food good. Our only regret was ordering a bloody mary, we sent it back and it tasted the same when getting a new one. I guess the mix is not great, but stull had a great meal.

We went on Thanksgiving day .. they had a limited menu but was all there I'd say most popular entrées The Ribeye Steak was delicious and there loaded baked potatoes are fantastic!

Went in on a Friday afternoon. No wait, the staff was really friendly. We ordered our food and got it right away. I would have taken a picture of my burger, but it looked so good that I bit into it before a photo. Commercial picture perfect plates! Everything was fresh. The waiter was awesome and attentive. Will be back.

For a chain, it's still pretty great. This was a go to spot for our family from 2004 to 2010. Had to stop in this evening. The waitress was super friendly and very patient. It was nice to see that the decor hadn't changed and it still held that familiar feel we grew to love many years ago. Great spot for dinner before a movie.

I had the Rib Eye Steak cooked medium with Onion Rings and a Garden Salad with Honey Mustard dressing. Rib Eye was cooked perfectly and delicious. The Fish and Chips we're cooked just perfect with the fish being flaky and moist. Service and Staff are very professional and nice. I recommend this place for a great meal.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food came out amazingly fast and was way better quality than I remember from the past. The salad was great and my chicken was cooked perfectly. The kids burgers were great as well.

I only come for the salad bar - you can't beat all you can eat, for $15! The selection is pretty good - greens, spinach, plenty veggies, potato salad, broccoli salad, pasta salad and more - and most importantly they keep everything clean and fresh too! There's six dressings, real bacon crumbles, onion strings and croutons. I come here at least twice/week just for salad bar. Mahalo!

Gigantic, juicy cheeseburgers. You will need extra napkins. A bit greasy but oh so good. Great service. Plus we sat near the bar TV and watched the NBA playoffs. The mammoth salad bar looked tempting but we passed this time

We enjoyed a later dinner. Food was served fast and hot. I got a steak and loaded mashed potatoes. It was good. My husband got the chicken and broccoli pasta. He liked it alot.

Service was good waiter did a good job. Disappointing with the food. I ordered the shrimp and rice. My side was the dinner salad. When it came, the dinner salad was on top of my plate of my shrimp. I removed it and to my surprised the portion only filled may be a 1/3 of the plate!!! For $23.

Food had small portions and was not very good for the price. My burger was cold. The entire restaurant was kinda grimy and the people working there seemed completely uninterested in helping us. Only redeeming quality was they offered free refills on the specialty lemonades.

Great Staff and service. The Bar readily availbe to drink & dine. Table selection for families or personable and TV sets all over restaurant for viewing. I always enjoy the all you can eat vegetables salad with a tasty house white wine. Combination of dishes reasonably priced. Excellent place to dine, hang out at bar to meet locals and staff service outstanding.

We were visiting from another island for Christmas and decided to get dinner at the Windward Mall location since we always had a good experience. We entered at 6:45pm and was seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was also the bartender so she was multi tasking. After taking our drink order and asking if we needed a cold glass she repeated herself and said I know I already asked but I forgot what you said. When she returned she mentioned that she just found out that they were closing at 7pm since it was Christmas Eve but don't worry you sat before 7 so you're good. My daughter ordered the Grilled Salmon and was offered 2 sides, all of what she wanted was out. NO rice, No baked Potato. She ordered a Ceasar Salad which was drenched in dressing which was too overwhelming, she took a few bites of the croutons but it was stale so did not consume anymore. I ordered the Pastrami with French fries. My sandwich was good but I had a handful of fries maybe 15 pieces to count and also stale. My husband ordered the Roast Pork plate. When it was served, it contained 1 scoop of Mashed Potatos, a heaping of corn and 2 small pieces of Roast Pork. The void on the plate was obvious that they ran out of portions, or did they? When he questioned the waitress, she responded that this isn't the usual serving and let me see what's going on. When she returned, she had a plate with a decent portion size and said this is what it should've looked like. By then, my husband was disgusted and said to take it away. The manager came by and said that she removed it from our bill and said that we are all human and we make mistakes. Sadly, we will not be returning.

We went to meet friends and enjoy the salad bar. Their salad bar was delicious n good selections!! Just on of us ordered the big breakfast. We had seconds at the salad bar before she got her food!!! And our waiter never came back to refill water.

This ruby Tuesdays has some local food. Saimin and Loco moco. Ended up going for happy hour. Good service, decently priced beer. Rice could've been better, but gravy and burger were good. Egg cooked well

It is what it is... always the same, just not my favorite & since it took away its salad bar, it's hardly worth going. Four stars is a gift in my opinion.

Lunch and dinner is decent but I really miss the salad bar. Aa for breakfast, stay far away from the pancakes. They were horribly dry, hard and tasteless. Mcdonald's hotcakes are 10 times better. The only breakfast item we found that was good was the loco moco ... If you consider that breakfast. It's actually pretty good. Other than that I won't go to RT for breakfast that's for sure.

Bought Christmas eve dinner. They had specials that were very reasonable. Bought enough to have Christmas day dinner also. All for less then $100.0]

We always have good customer service here. I usually get the Mango Kiawe Ribs, it usually doesn't let me down. The sides could be heated to a higher temp. Sometimes the plate is hotter than the sides. The ruby relaxers are a fun alcoholic drink. They have $1.99 beer specials too.

Food was good and received our food fast. Wanted to watch the football game but only one screen was foodball all others had UFC.

We had a meeting today at Valley of the Temple and ended up at Windward mall. We were so glad to have been served by Travis. He was so on it, he brought everything that we needed when we needed it. He was able to tell us about all the dishes we were interested in. He gave us great suggestions. We will be coming back to this location.
