Service was quick and painless, unlike some of the other Macdonalds' restaurants who still haven't gotten a good understanding of their systems in place to better service their orders.

It's McDonalds. Not much to say about the food, but there are two lanes in the drive thru, and it still was busy. I made an error and put in the wrong parking spot for curbside. Instead of attempting to find me, they left the food in the store. On top of that the curbside parking spots get blocked by people waiting in the drive-thru line when it's long. This isn't the usual McD I visit, but was disappointed in the service.

One of the best McDonalds on the island! I am giving 4 stars due to its short-staff problem, but they really do make the food really good here!

I opted for the mobile order option to redeem all rewards from the app, parked in the assigned spot, waited about 10 minutes and was brought my food. The fries were fresh and hot. Easy and quick, can't complain.

Sat in the left hand drive through while the lady continued to take everyone in the right lanes order before finally taking ours. Literally sat for 10 minutes 😒 absolutely unacceptable. If she can't handle the window she shouldn't be on it.

I am not a burger fan at all but, Double cheese burger from Mcdo is my go to and all time favorite. They also serve the best fries for me. Service wise, it is OK, staff are courteous and the place is clean too.

This is regarding a mobile order we placed on the McDonald's app. It wouldn't have been that bad if it happened once but it happened twice. We ordered a bunch of things for my family. Since there is a bunch of us that wanted nuggets we ordered two of the 40 piece bundles. Yes two bundles. That's 80 pieces of chicken nuggets. But we only received 40 pieces. It says on the order (2) 40 piece Nuggets. The first time it happened I caught it before leaving the parking stall. This time my boyfriend didn't catch it and when he got home I noticed it and he had to drive back. The worker packaging and/or bringing it out should read and double check the order is correct before giving it to the customer.

Amazing! Their fries were still crispy after 20 minutes. (For you McDonald’s fry lovers out there.) You’ll enjoy, unless you’re having a day where the universe is conspiring with you, and somehow the food is horrible.

Very busy at all times but the line moves fast as hell. If you order through uber eats they will almost always forget items or extra ordered condiments. if you drive through check bags for condiments before u leave. Overall better than most fast foods in the area.

The people in Hawaii are truly salt to the Earth this McDonald's was one of the best McDonald's I've ever visited in my life so far. The caramel Frappuccino was absolutely delicious, and the caramel was right on point. Thank you beautiful memories.

I deliver for doordash and this McDonalds has given me the worst customer experience service ever! It states they're open 24/7, but here I am trying to get an order for a door dash customer at 1 am on December 21, 2023 and they're saying they are closed. After going back and forth with the employee who doesn't seem to wear her name tag, they decided to make the order which took 20 minutes. Insane!

Everybody the reason why McDonald's is a favorite place for me are the buy one get one free "receipt" coupon that is activated upon taking the survey& receiving the code number to buy a quarter pounder w/cheese or an egg McMuffin & get one free! Everything is so expensive today l am always looking for ways to get the best value for my $ and 2 for 1 works for me! God bless!

It was the worst food I ever ate😳 I ordered for Two Gentlemen who are in a skilled nursing care home which was literally 2 minutes away I asked for hot french fries they were cold the quarter pounder Deluxe was disgusting paid for extra sauce it was disgusting on my Big Mac filet-o fish cold only thing good was the Coca-Cola that I personally poured cuz it was self-help👀 went back and told the manager and she had a huge attitude so I'm leaving this review . Yes she's going to let me come back and order again another time but just totally disappointed😐

Worst McDonalds on the island I can’t I can’t get a good oatmeal I’m the morning they always put too much water to where the oatmeal is watery soup and not edible. I always have to go back In And switch it out because they mess it up every time! Also I let it sit for how ever long to see if it thickins up and nope still water. Not to mention hi w long it takes to get an ice cream cone 10 minutes minimum. The photo i showed I let it sit for 15 min and stirred it and it got cold by that time and it was still water. Some workers nice but still nobody know how to make a simple oatmeal

Ordered online and went inside for lattes. Took 20 mins. Also noticed workers nor wearing gloves. Handling food without gloves is unsanitary. Boxes strewn outside. Unsightly. Feel management here unorganized. Will never order online snd go inside again. They cater to the drive thru folks only.

We placed the order on line and waited 20 minutes after we pulled in to spot # 3. Then went inside and the order was sitting on the counter. Waited another 5 minutes for the person to put stickers on the bags . Very poor service for supposedly being a fast food company

I just witnesses yesterday how terrible people in Hawaii are behaving to the hard working staff there.I saw an entitled woman screaming at your manager Gina ,who is always hustling and very kind to us here in Kaneohe over the many times ive come here ,about whip cream in her coffee drink. She demanded more arrogantly and forceful and without a question Gina offered to do so. I saw then this overweight entitled woman who was rude to even the others waiting yell at the manager Gina that she was dumb and wanted the number to corporate to complain. I witnessed Gina oblige and apologize for anything and gave her the number. So disgusting the behaviors of this kind of customers these days. Gina did an AMAZING JOB by keeping her cool and spreading ALOHA even when this entitled woman was acting a fool for more whip cream in her coffee drink. I will continue to come here and when i do give Gina a big hug. Even after Gina remained cool and continued on her day. You are lucky to have her here Mcdonalds. People today needs to learn ALOHA thats what Gina has shown each and everyday. Lady with the whip cream ,ease off on the coffee ,learn ALOHA ,and you lady with the coffee YOU should be ashamed of yourself. Please make sure Gina knows that we the customers of Kaneohe has seen enough entitled people ranting and demanding act a fool. Great job Gina !!!

Giving five stars because the service is good and the food is decent, all I want is for the fries to be well done when ask for them to be well done. It’s a simple ask for a simple man. Besides that, thank you for the fast and easy food. Aloha!

It was ok... with the masks and the plastic glass by the cashiers, my order was misunderstood..had to repeat the order couple times till she almost got it right...instead of a large frappe they made small but they were good... suggestion: maybe the kiosk would be better when you order inside..
