I found out about Hele Fitness through a family member, I placed my order online and in a few minutes I was able to schedule my pick up. I was helped by Justin, who was super cool, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and make recommendations based on what I needed. My husband and I have been wanting our own home gym equipment for a while now. We just moved to the island and was told we had to check out Hele Fitness. We drive to the site and met Justinn who was extremely nice and helpful in giving us all the information we needed on the products. We ended up ordering a package deal within a few days and by the week Paul delivered and set it up for us quickly! Great experience overall! The equipment isn’t Rogue quality but they aren’t charging Rogue prices either. With that said the equipment is solid and pricing is fair. The best part about working with Hele fitness is their customer service. Hawaii always has shipping issues, but the Hele team is very informative and always reply’s to emails/phone calls even when the news isn't favorable. The bulk of my equipment is from Hele and I will continue to use them!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Saw their stuff at the Navy Exchange and was immediately interested. I ordered a home gym online, and pickup was scheduled easily through their site. I arrived to pickup later that week and was greeted by Justinn, who was super helpful and ensured everything was set up and gave us tips on putting the it together. It turned out that the gym I bought was too large to fit in my garage, and Justinn offered to take it back for a complete return or exchange. I was so happy with the product that instead, I opted to keep it for when I return to the mainland and bought a basic squat stand set to supplement. I’ve been working out for the last two weeks and can’t wait to add more of their equipment to my setup! Highly recommend Hele Fitness!

Great quality! Awesome customer service all around! Justinn was very attentive and accommodating, I called to inquire and was able to place an order easily, items were delivered pretty quickly within 2 days and installation with it too helped a lot! Never had I had such great service elsewhere! He also gave brief instructions and recommendations on my home gym which was very helpful! No more waiting at the gym! I will for sure be ordering more!
