One I want to give the five star among five to this museum because it is one of the museum that provide very historical things such as traditional cultures and many more things like that still they provide all the knowledge that we cannot get from the internet such as the photos are there hath museum is your and then just wrote the when and where they are like that information and we can easily get the information in your mind if we're watching the right information from the museum and the still I want to say it is the best and you should visit at least once a year

A museum where you can pretty much go in and see the houses as they made it back in the days. The layout of the house is also interesting as well as the materials that they're made of. Very informative.

This is a really cool museum. The word museum is used in a rather loose sense. It is more of an open air heritage site showcasing the life of both settlers and the indigenous population. There are several houses depicting different aspects of the everyday life of the local community. It is very close to the port area and one can easily cover the whole site in 20 to 30 minutes. It is certainly worth a visit

It’s a very nice museum about the town and it’s Inuit people. Totally recommend a visit if you’re in town. The museum includes a few different traditional buildings with its own exhibitions. Also the church has been renovated and is now accessible for visitors.

Sisimiut Museum is a museum in Sisimiut, Greenland. Located in a historical building near the harbour, specialises in Greenlandic trade, industry and shipping, with artifacts based on ten years

This is actually the main church close to the harbour. Beautiful views from the church. When I went to the church, it appeared closed. However a friend of mine managed to get inside and I saw the pics. It was absolutely beautiful and I regret not seeing it myself. Please do try to enter this building and see inside with your own eyes. Sisimiut is one of the most beautiful places I have seen.

It’s the only museum you’ll find for a long time in Greenland so there’s nothing really to compare it with, also not that bad

Cool museum, you can find out much about Inuit life and culture, the museum is basically a collection of buildings, originally a town centre - you can walk in each of them and see the interior layouts, read about history, learn about local religion, hunting and a lot more. Well worth visiting.

Wonderful museum where you can learn lots of history of the town but also about Greenlandic culture. Definitely a must go. I think one of the most important parts is the old church, there you will find screens where you can learn about the different beliefs people had before and after the Danish colonization

Very interesting exhibitions about the history, people and wildlife of Sisimiut and Greenland, inside the old colonial buildings. A must-do when visiting the town.
