Location and Weather is awesome. You need to travel for around 4.5 to 5 Kms from the main road. They provide an all inclusive package with food. They had a variety of options in food and the taste and quality is great. The rooms are well maintained and the staffs are very friendly and gracious. A great place to have a great time with family and friends.

Beautiful place up in the mountains and an adventurous journey up a narrow and bumpy road. Incredibly beautiful place and the cabin we stayed in had a balcony with a breathtaking view. Clean, well-maintained and nicely furnished in the cottage. Large buffet with many different options. Suitable for families with children, if you want peace and quiet this may not be the place to go (at least not during the weekend). What I think needs to be improved for a first-class experience is: 1) You should clean under the balconies and in the immediate area. There was a bit of rubbish here and there. 2) Sound absorbers in the hotel would be good. The sound echoes and bounces in the dining room and all large open spaces. 3.) Move the ping pong table/pool table from the entrance and reception - it got very noisy there and not at all a quiet lounge place to sit in. 4.) Ban smoking at the entrance, does not fit with smoking there at all. 5.) Staff should have name tags. It was hard to tell if it was another guest or staff talking to you. 6.) Maybe less hysterical evening activities like loud karaoke. Didn't quite fit with the music blaring out over the magnificent scenery and beautiful mountains. We are guests in nature, we should show more respect. With these small tweaks, this place would be a great place!

A great getaway place away from the city and noise. It’s located on top of a mountain and has a very good view from all the rooms. There is an infinity pool which offers a breath taking experience. There is trekking with nature and mountain walk that is offered as part of the activities. In the night there is also some fun games and dance that is offered by the staff.

Everything in this resort was excellent. No complaints at all Rope activity was good The infinity swimming pool was clean and maintained well The food was huge and tasty. Highlight for childrens is there is a mini theater and kids would love it. I would go there again and would recommend to others as well.

Had been there for two nights with family. Amazing view from the property and has a great ambience. Location: There is an uphill from main road for 5 kms, however the last 2.5 kms really test your driving abilities and vehicle capability. Not to worry, you can get there even without a 4x4. However when you reach the destination, the short term struggle will feel worth it. Staff: the staff was very accommodating and are at your service at any given moment. Food: Food is part of the package. The spread is really nice and live kitchen available for limited items. Activities: kids will be busy with the indoor and outdoor games available, an infinity pool and adventure activities We had a fun evening playing games and enjoying music very well hosted by a very enthusiastic gentleman, apologies couldn’t recollect his name. The GM Mr.Subhash is customer centric and I really liked the overall hospitality of the staff. Looking forward to visit again with a bigger group. Highly recommended for someone looking for an enriching experience.

Had a great experience at the resort. The lunch was excellent. Breakfast and dinner was okey. I wont recommend weekend at this place as it will a bit crowded.

The overall experience @Wild Planet Bana Heights was excellent. The food spread was very nice with kerala style specialities in all meals. The staff were very polite and eager to take care of us when needed. The evening activities conducted for the guests we're very entertaining. The last 2.5 kms to reach the property will test your driving and vehicle capability.

In the picturesque mountains of wayanad is located this beautiful piece of art as I would describe this boutique hotel. The management has taken so much efforts to built this beautiful property in the mountains without harming the nature much. The blend is perfect. I sincerely appreciate the welcoming and extremely helpful staff under Mr Subash as the lead. I could see them all happy and aligned into a perfect system which many resorts miss. I would also like to highlight the minute care the staff has taken in giving the best food with lots of varieties. Was really surprised on how they do it at the top of the mountains within a reasonable rate. Lots of activities like camp fire, and games included in the package.
