Bought
$40
worth
of
hair
products,
during
my
shopping
I
accidentally
dropped
a
bottle
dye.When
I
paid
for
my
items
it
seemed
a
bit
high
for
what
I
rounded
in
my
head.
I
was
shocked
when
I
checked
my
receipt
and
seen
she
had
added
the
dropped
one
to
my
total!!!
That
is
just
outrageous
and
so
unprofessional
of
them.
They
are
rude
and
seem
to
have
it
out
for
everyone
that
looks
like
they
are
shopping
🤦🏼♀️
ITS
THE
PRINCIPAL
THAT
THEY
BASICALLY
STOLE
FROM
ME
AS
A
BUSINESS,
THAT
LITTERLY
HANGS
PICTURES
OF
ACCUSED
CUSTOMERS
THAT
HAVE
STOLEN
IN
THE
STORE.**
WHOLE
STORY~
One
night
around
7PM
I
went
to
JAJ
to
go
get
supplies
for
bleaching
and
dying
my
hair.
It
was
kinda
supposed
to
be
in
and
out,
since
I
knew
what
I
wanted.
I
was
rushing
but
not
in
a
impractical
way.
My
younger
sister
had
snuck
behind
me
as
I
was
looking
at
the
Dyes
and
as
I
go
to
take
the
bottle
out
of
the
shelf
thing,
she
asks
me
if
I'm
ready
and
it
slips
from
my
fingers
and
somehow
a
plastic
bottle
of
hair
dye
busted
beside
us
on
the
floor.
I
quickly
looked
to
the
counter,
approached
with
bottle
in
hand
asking
for
paper
towels
to
clean.
He
took
the
bottle
trashed
it
and
said
it's
ok,
as
I
apologized
and
the
woman
went
to
clean
it.
I
headed
the
same
way
still
selecting
my
dyes
and
continued
to
apologize
and
explain.
She
insisted
it
was
ok
and
just
an
accident
and
wasn't
intentional,
everything
is
ok.
I
paid
for
my
items
(Using
NFC
on
my
phone,
in
hand)
before
I
could
ask
and
realize
the
sudden
spike
in
price.
My
phone
had
automatically
scanned
it's
self.
So
I
looked
at
my
receipt
when
she
handed
it
to
me
and
wow
when
I
SEEN
THAT
THIS
WOMAN
HAD
ADDED
THE
DROPPED
BOTTLE
ON
TO
MY
TOTAL
I
WAS
IMMEDIATELY
FURIOUS!
I
said
why
is
there
3
bottles
(
at
4.95
might
I
add)?
She
said
the
one
you
drop,
Remember?
My
jaw
bout
dropped
next
lol.
It's
not
necessarily
the
price
it's
the
principal,
businesses
are
insured
for
accidents
like
this.
That
was
uncalled
for
and
ridiculous
considering
I
spent
$40.
If
I
would
of
know.
I
wouldn't
have
purchased
anything
but
what
I
dropped,
then
left!!
I
was
about
to
go
in
there
and
tell
them
I
want
my
bottle,
and
make
them
get
it
out
the
trash,
since
I
paid
for
it
I
want
my
product...
But
I
didn't,
I
was
embarrassed
and
thought
is
sounded
petty
and
hostile.
