    I went to this Arby’s last night (12/8/21) and I received food I wouldn’t feed a stray, starving animal. This was the worst excuse of “food” I’ve ever seen from anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap that was soggy and falling apart from the amount of honey mustard that was put in it. There was 2 strips of old chicken and a little lettuce and honey mustard. I also got the 2 for $6 it was a roast beef and a chicken ranch. The roast beef was soaked in, what I assume is grease, which could not be eaten. The ranch chicken had an entire bottle of what I am guessing is ranch and the chicken broke my dogs tooth. The tomato’s looked like they were weeks old and smelled just as bad. I work hard for my money and this was like lighting $17 on fire. I have yet to reach the managers to get my money replaced as no one answers the phone. I am attaching pictures. I am not trying to be an over exaggerator, judge for yourself when seeing the pictures. It’s a shame that this is what that expensive fast food place is offering. A shame! UPDATE I contacted Arby’s corporate offices as the manager was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was I totally offered make it right cards but said I have the food to return and I have zero interest in eating here again. I was promised my money back and still ended up receiving “get it right” cards. I mean we are talking about less than $20. To this huge corporation. It has become the principal. They say reach out to them but when you try it’s dismissed. Hopefully no one gets ill from eating here because you’d be out of luck with them. I have submitted another request for my money back. See what happens. Oh and by the way it took me a month to even receive the cards in the mail.

    Love when i come here! Staff is always kind and make it a great experience. One of my favorite menu items was actually removed here recently but they will still gladly make it and have figured out the easiest way to ring it up where i dont end up spending an arm and a leg for it.

    My first ever experience was just okay. The young lady who took my drive-thru order was extremely nice, pleasent, and knows what she is doing. The drive-true attendant (the person you pay) has no idea what customer service is, no 'hello, good bye, thank you, your welcome', or anything that most fast food people say, he was joking around with other employees the whole time.. I received my food in a plastic 'thank you' bag, no official paper Arby bags? I also did not receive any NAPKINS! Luckily I had some McDonald's napkins from the other day still lurking around. Not very impressed, no wonder in took me this long to try Arby's.

    Waited for 7 mins just to place our order. Then waited forever for our food. They appear to be short of staff & have some super slow kitchen workers. Not impressed.

    Always fast and always friendly and they always cook our food fresh and the orange cream milkshakes are the best milkshake I've tasted in a very long time definitely recommend that as well as their crinkle fries

    About a week ago I was going to order my usual lunch I get 3 times a week. This Person would not let me order& had to go to Concord Arby's to get what I usually get in Kannapolis..2 minutes from my house Had to drive way out of my way. The mgr. Was exceptionally nice& efficient at Concord. Kannapolis....rude...could care less attitude.

    Did a door dash order. Sprite was flat,didnt rememeber our sauce and ordered large fry and got half... you'd think someone was eating it while making it.

    My family ate here on Sunday, July 16th. The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered a Beef 'N Cheddar but only got a teaspoon of Cheddar on my sandwich. I was very disappointed.

    I've been sick for the last two days and are now finally recovering. This location gave me food poising. I ordered two chicken sliders and a small curly fry. I ate this down and within 2 hours I was feeling sick to my stomach. Hurled and pooped for a day and half. Never again will be visiting this place.

    It was slow and still couldn't get a simple order correct. No modifications,no special dietary needs, and yet they couldn't complete 2 meals correctly. Sad and abysmal, is the nicest thing I can say.

    We came to this location for Arby’s and ordered 3 buffalo sliders, mozzarella sticks and a chicken sandwich. The sliders were absolutely disgusting.The buffalo sauce was bleeding through the wrapper and the ranch was curdled. We asked about it and they admitted to microwaving their sliders. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way and were disgusting. I do not intend on coming back due to this bad experience.

    Food is typically good however I am disappointed in the drive thru service. I ordered food for my family tonight and when I got home, I realized I was missing a sandwich- no big deal. However, when I went back and mentioned I was missing a sandwich, I was told it was at the bottom of the bag..obviously if it was, I wouldnt waste my gas driving back to the place. The older women was extremely rude as she angrily gave my sandwich. Next time, own your mistake that you simply forgot to put all food in the bag without the attitude and you wouldn't have customers driving back to get what they rightfully bought.

    I just went to the one on south Cannon Blvd and ordered the beef and cheese dip and got my ajus but when I got home all I had was a regular roast beef sandwich, no long roll no cheese. The guy working the counter was apparently too busy playing on his phone to make sure the right order was given. Maybe you should take care of the customer and not worry about what you're winning on your game. Last time the guy working the drive thru was sitting up on the counter playing on his phone. Won't be going back there again.

    Got there at 6pm to find the dining room closed. With 4 cars ahead , we waited 20 minutes to get to the drive in window. Extremely slow service. The curly fries I got were horrible. Extremely greasy and limp. I couldn't eat them. Very dissatisfied. I will not be back.

    Man when I tell you I was sleeping on Arby's. They have a buffalo chicken sandwich that's bussin( would be better if they had pickles). Everything is made fresh I mean piping hot.

    The Waygu burger is FABULOUS! When I heard the car ahead of me order 6 Waygu combos I just knew it was going to be a LONG wait time to get my order, but the staff took care of it in double quick time.

    Food was really good. I had the Rueben sandwich. I was in the drive thru, on my way to church. But I ended up going in because it was going to take 7 minutes for a strawberry cream pie. Apparently, the truck pulled ahead in the drive thru was waiting for a pie also. So of course, I was late for church. Apparently, pies aren't cooked until ordered.

    Arbys has good food but I will not eat at this kannapolis location again. I saw an employee scratch his neck. I saw another wipe his nose with the back of his hand. He had on gloves too and was probably handling food. There was barely anyone in there and all the tables were dirty too.

    Ordered 2 double beef n CHEDDAR 1 with no red ranch I received 2 double roast beef 1 with red ranch neither had cheddar sauce but I was charged for it! The manager said there was NOTHING he could do they were out of cheese sauce and there was a sign on the box outside which I didn’t see! So obviously if I order a beef n cheddar with no red ranch the server should have said ma’am we are out of cheddar sauce and I’d have said ok just do a double roast beef but NO they charged me almost $1 more for a sandwich they didn’t even have then when I confront the manager he said there was NOTHING he could do I will NEVER purchase anything from these lying thieves again and my family of 6 drops $80 EVERY time we eat fast food

    I am visiting a relative from out of town and stopped by this Arby's on Cannon Blvd in Kannapolis. Paul was my Cashier , he was so polite and helpful. I wanted to say he is an asset to your business, it really speaks volumes to who you meetup front in a business and makes or breaks if a customer walks out or stays. Also wanted to say I tried a chicken slider in Alabama and tried one here and it it was just as good.they did not have Root Beer Float on the Menu ,Paul went ahead and made one for me. Now that is service. Update i went back today before we leave for home, Paul was not there, the cashier was no way as Paul and also my chicken slider was awful, the piece was not edible, he also said there was no root Beer float, nor did he offer to make it. So it all depends o. Who you go and if lucky to get service and good food.

    Worst danggon Arbys I’ve been too in a long time! I know that the fast food industry is struggling and workers are even more over worked or some just more lazy! But to wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time and get my food home. My fries weren’t fresh, the sandwich I got was ok. Barely any cheese of it, to be a double beef and cheddar! I try to be respectful and understanding, but these establishments need to either close or be better. I spend my money and would like to have a great experience, that’s not hard! Why I rather pay more at other places that are more professional and efficient.

    Walked in. Was the only customer and the 2 cashiers were just walking around behind the counter. Did not say anything to me even though I was standing right there to order. Then minutes later they took my order of 1 sandwich. They handed me a bag a few few minutes later with a stone cold sandwich. Worst Arby's ever.

    Food was good and staff was friendly. Also did a good job getting me in and out of the drive thru fast. Only complaint is that dumb post in the drive thru you have to drive around which making getting your food a reach.

    Food was on point and the customer service was beyond. The guy in the drive thru (I didn't get his name) had the best attitude and was making everyone laugh. Need more people like him!!

    Quick service and delicious food! Easy in and out of the restaurant parking lot even though it's on a busy street. The restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly. I recommend trying their French dip, I loved it!

    Forgot half of the order and was extremely rude when I asked for the food I paid for. Would not recommend going there with the kind of staff they have. Very sad.
