Friendly faces! The best customer service, always! Any issue with orders are quickly handled. I am consistently impressed with the employees & management. I don’t get to stop by too often because we live a bit away but when I do, the experience is always awesome! Keep up the great work!

Sad to say my local Chick-fil-la has become very inconsistent. This is the 2nd time I’ve received a burnt, dry and cold sandwich. The fries were soggy too. I hope with this review things will get better. I’m going to take my business somewhere else.

By far our favorite Chick-fil-A to go to! The service is fast and wonderful, the food is always good. Others have given my kids breading scraps and counted them as nuggets, but here never has! The kids playground is a blast, but it does get real hot in there! Just remember to take hydration breaks!

Fast food on the long drive home is a guilty pleasure I am happy to partake of. Food was good, and the crew was super efficient.

I went on 11/15/23 and keep in mind my total was $50 for my order. The stickers were placed on incorrect sandwiches, no one thought it was a good idea to add napkins AND straws for my drinks. Also asked for some sauces and nothing was placed in the bags. Not coming to this CFA again seems to be the worst in Concord.

Great food and great service as expected from a Chick fil A. Drive thru, location and parking can be chaotic as it’s in a very busy shopping plaza so just watch out. An extra plus is they have a kid play area, and a little spot for your little little kids. Helps keep them busy while mom and dad eat some good food.

So....I ordered a meal with a side of pimento cheeae....wt???? Through the drive thru and you the manager had the nerve to ask me if I paid for it....girl you crazy!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent experience I had at a restaurant. Today, I felt a bit uncomfortable as some of the staff treated me as if I were some kind of robber. When I paid with a $50 bill, almost everyone took a close look to ensure it was genuine. Additionally, the young lady who took my order had a not-so-great attitude, which made me wonder if it was because of my Hispanic background. To top it off, I only received one broken saltine cracker for my bowl of soup, which was a bit disappointing. I visit this place around three times a month and thought it was worth mentioning.

Today Enjoy Chicken sandwich with extra Lettuce and tomato, Today I have received one of the fastest service Lorean was very kind and awesome taking the order and her partner. almost paid was done my order and the sandwich was in my hands. Thanks Lorean and thanks for awesome members of this team.

I just wanna say y’all are so sweet you never know what someone might be going through two occasions this as happened to me someone wrote on my bag before a few weeks ago and it said that I was awesome and today I looks in my bag and see this card I just want to tell you all that you guys are awesome and to keep it up it really means a lot to me at least idk about everyone else and I don’t know if you all see these reviews but again if you all read these you all ROCK!!! 😍

It was so crowded at the drive- thru that I missed the entrance to the drive-thru. Calls were pulling out of the drive-thru, and the drive-thru is at the very front of the building. The cars coming out were blocking the entrance. I went around the building and could not find where to enter the drive-thru. I parked my car and went in. As I was walking to the building, I finally saw the drive - thru. Whoever designed the place did not keep in mind of cars coming out of the drive-thru and cars trying to get in the drive-thru. Poorly designed. I asked for extra pickles on both sandwiches but got no pickles on one of the sandwiches. My order was only 4 items. 2 sandwiches with extra pickles on both and one order of fries, but then I was asked if I wanted a combo, so I did get a milkshake. You need to rethink the drive-thru situation out for people who do not frequent the place.

What can you say it's Chick-fil-A... Fantastic Service, Great Food, reasonably priced. If you're in a hurry and just need to grab a quick bite this is your place. Kudo's for not being open on Sunday...

Never had a bad experience here!! The only complaint was the drive through and they have rerouted and made it better and safer for employees and customers. The food is on point, service is fast and friendly, this is my favorite Chik fil A!!

Typical first class service by the employees. I've come to expect that of all Chick-fil-A's. The facility was clean and nicer than many others. I like the open layout it had inside. I didn't feel crowded or like they were just trying to maximize seats at the cost of comfort. Good job.

Stopped in for a quick bite...the bathroom looked like a tornado had smacked it. However, the service was fast & polite. The food, unfortunately, tasted like it was under a heat lamp. The driver thru was busy though...there isn't much parking that doesn't have a takeout plaque or something

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jaden. We arrived 30 minutes before close - after a Hornets game. The kid was running around - literally servicing the entire dining room from order entry to cleanup. Great attitude and work ethic. I made sure to tell him what a great job he did - hoping management sees this and retains him! Nice work, Jaden.

My kids and I may enjoy this chick-fil-a alot. My kids love to come to this one. My sister n law and there aunt work here. The employees are always friendly. They also know that I have very picky eaters. We also enjoying seeing everyone's happy faces. They also love seeing Nicole's happy face when they visit her at work. I always brag about this location and there quick and friendly service. The food is always hot and fresh.

Tammy MADE OUR EXCELLENT!! My son had JUST came out of recovery from surgery. Upon discharge he got to choose what he wanted to eat. He chose Chick Fil A. From the moment we arrived until the time we left we couldn't have been more pleased with Tammy's Service, Demeanor and Smile

Awesome customer service. We had a huge group and they brought out extra iPads and got us all through quickly with a smile. 😊

I love this location. The staff are so helpful and friendly here. One of the staff saw me walking my baby in a stroller and my hands full, they ran to open the door for me then also carried my tray and got all the condiments I needed :) so nice!

Fast and you already know the food is reliable. The lines can be intimidating but they move at an impressive speed! They're like the Apple of fast food in my book! Keep up the good work

Service! While most businesses customer service suffered during and after the COVID pandemic, Chick-Fil-A (and particularly this one) got better. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BETTER AND WAS ALREADY GREAT. The workers and management are friendly and they act like they are glad you are there. Top notch!

I normally like chick fila. It's my go to fast food place. However this location has been unsatisfactory more than once. The bacon on my cob salad looked like someone chewed it up. And when I asked for cold salad dressing because it contains egg and milk ( avacodo ranch) they said they didn't have any. Bathroom was dirty too. Black film in toilets. Paper towels all over the counter. Too many employees standing around. No since in that. Every restaurant has the potential to be great. It falls on management.
