Service was great and the food was good. The Chile Relleno was different than I expected - I was expecting a chili stuffed with meat and cheese, but the Los Arcos lunch is meat and cheese with a couple of strips of chili. It was quite tasty, just not what I was expecting. That being said, the food was really good and we'll be back for more. Definitely recommend.

I got here early so there wasn't a lot of people here but the food was great.

This is hands down our favorite Mexican location. My husband says it's because of the salsa. His go to meal is the pollo Chipotle. Even on days when I'm not in the mood for Mexican, I enjoy coming here because I get a big delicious bowl of chicken soup. I will add more dishes to my pictures eventually. We've ate here so many times I can't count. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great atmosphere, great food and great time. Service was quick and our waitress was the best. They greet you with a smile and you definitely leave with a smile...and a full stomach.

This was our go-to for Mexican food for the past several years. But when I go to the bathroom and it says do not flush toilet paper in the toilet and there is a small trash can with urine loaded toilet paper in it and on top of it I don't even want to be here. I'm not sure what their problem is with the plumbing but like that has to be a sanitation issue. I hope this can be resolved soon. I don't know how I will know unless I continue to just go back into the restaurant but that was disgusting and I probably won't be back for a while.

Muy bien! Es delicioso! 10/10 would recommend! Such good food! We are pescatarians and they have a lot on the menu for us to eat. I had the Riviera's Burrito and my husband had the Shrimp Fajitas. Both were superb. Their spicy salsa is also delicious. Bring your appetite as the service are quite large. Highly recommend!

That is the absolute best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to in my life and I'm 50 years old. My son had the street tacos. I wish I would have gotten that. But mine was good I just can't remember the name of what I got. The sweet tea could only used a little tweaking. It was a little too sweet for my taste but it was still good. The white stuff was decent. Very clean from what I seen

This has been my go to place for Mexican food. But today I ordered carnitas burrito which is one of my favorites. It came out with hardly no meat. So I told the manager he said he would have then make another. Then it came out with more meat but fatty. And none of the other things like avacodo cilantro. Maybe they misunderstood what Iwanted. But the waitress acted like it was nothing wrong. I could see her attitude. She did not like me complaining. THEN she made a rush to the register to make sure I was leaving a tip. Stood there and watched over me signing my reciept. Very poor customer service.

Very good Mexican food. My wife and I ate there last night. The service was good. The food was good. Pricing is about average. Food came out quickly and we were at dinner time. California Burrito was delicious.

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in the Charlotte area. The staff is always pleasant and super quick. You get chips immediately and their salsa is very flavorful. Don’t miss out on the chori queso. I’ve had many dishes here and they’re all fantastic, and come out SUPER fast. It’s very affordable too. Great for birthday celebrations. Been going here for years and I’ve never had a single complaint.

Food ok, didn't care for the salsa. Service good. Large parking, tight fit inside not much room to maneuver around in and out. Long lines at cash register.

Got the Mexican spaghetti. It's was so good. Eat fast because the cheese starts getting a little sticky when it cools.

Incredible. Most wonderful Mexican restaurant I have been to in a long time. Everything was super hot and very large quantity. Great service as well. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Wonderful food.

Most of my past visits, they have been extremely busy, and seemingly understaffed. However, this visit seems less busy, yet staff seemed only mildly attentive to the customers. Combine this with a disturbing trend of building a gratuity directly into the bill that clients have no way of verifying ever gets to their server, nor gives those servers any incentive to give even moderate service, and you have a recipe that cooks up a meal I will not be returning to have again.

I arrived at 9:30...they close at 10. Asked to place a to-go order...the guy at the desk clearly wanted to tell me 'no'...hesitated and said he'd have to check with the kitchen. When he returned he cut me off everytime I had a question...he was condescending and very obviously didn't want to take my order. He didn't say 'hello'...no 'thank you'...no 'have a good night'. Mind you, the bar was FULL, and the employees were all sitting down talking...so they weren't going anywhere anytime soon! I would never try and dine in 30 min before close... but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect decent customer service when placing an order for ONE entree 30 min before close! After all that, and paying $25 for a meal costing $12.95, plus a side of veggies (not sure what I paid $25 for, as I wasn't given a receipt)....I received THREE OUNCES of chicken!!! Never again!

The food here is usually good however we were seated this time at the larger table section up against the wall. There were 4 roaches crawling around on the table and wall that wasn’t there when we set down. I assume they crawled out around the same time our food arrived. We left immediately after this discovery.

We had a very large party when we visited Los Arcos and the service was great!!! The atmosphere was colorful and happy and brought with it festive vibes. But I'm sorry to say when I got my order, I was disappointed. The food just didn't have much flavor and was very bland.

I took my son there for a nice meal. The food was great, the service was excellent, the decor was perfect, and we were made to feel welcome from start to finish!

Food was great. Very pleasant atmosphere. The only downer we felt that the wait staff was not that attentive. But will definitely return.

Wow wow wow, I tried the food here for the first time last night and it was AMAZING! It was very flavorful and probably the best Mexican food I've had while living here for the past 7 years! Even my very picky 2 year old ate all of his food😳🤯 AWESOME food here!!

Service was great but the food wasn't anything special. I got a small hair out of my enchilada sauce 😒 and the air vent kept dripping on my husband. Probably won't go back ~

It was a good homey experience, the food served was delicious. Didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive, maybe 8 minutes? Inside the restaurant was clean, bathrooms were nice and clean too. I'd come here again, we were passing through the area and decided to eat lunch here. I'd recommend their quesadillas with the shredded chicken. My husband had some fajita and it was pretty much inhaled lol

Kannapolis June 30th '22. I was invited by my cousin who wanted to celebrate his birthday at Los Arcos. It was a very nice restaurant with friendly people and outstanding food! They had fresh chips and salsa to snack on, while deciding what to eat from their very colorful and extensive menu. I ordered the Burrito Fundido - 2 deep fried flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken covered in sour cream and cheese sauce, served with Pico de Gallo and rice. It was delicious, I cleaned my plate. I bought him a Batman cake to celebrate his 59th turn around the sun. Good times.

The dining area was clean & comfortable. The waitress was kind & good at her job. Lastly the food was great!

Best Mexican Restaurant around. Anything I have ever eaten from their menu tastes fantastic. The staff is awesome as well. One of my favorite places to eat any day of the week.

Fast service. Great food. The drinks (alcoholic) are ALWAYS great and will definitely get you to the point your aiming for.! Usually prefer to sit on the patio and they always make sure thats possible.

First time there in about 10 years. It was just ok. Do not get the fajitas unless u really like tomatoes. They were so overwhelming that my meal tasted like it was drenched in marinara. It was basically garbage and i didn't eat it. The waitress cared not one bit and didn't even ask if I wanted something else to eat so I left hungry. Pretty disappointing experience and we won't be back.

First time here and our lunch was great. We had driven by and admired the attractive authentic Mexican brick exterior with the pretty covered shady outdoor dining area. Even though the parking lot was full, there was no long wait. Once inside, we were welcomed and quickly seated in a comfortable booth. Our waitress and staff were all very accommodating. I ordered the #10 lunch special, steak fajitas. I got no beans, with extra vegetables and rice. It was well-seasoned tender steak. I asked for a side salad which was not listed but was cheerfully brought no problem! There were many delicious looking choices on the menu and my husband wanted a scrambled egg and chorizo sausage dish. He said it was absolutely delicious and so large he could only eat half and took the rest home. We will definitely be back.

I knew about this restaurant for years , have never tried it. Friend was celebrating her birthday there, my wife and I loved the food, we loved so much we went back the next week. Service has been superb, margaritas are delicious and you can taste the tequila, Street tacos were amazing.

The room they provided for our group of 12 is very nice and private. The food taste yummy and the servers got together to sing Happy Bday to our 3 celebrants! Thank you all!
