Now the area is almost developed. It will soon be a business hub, as it is at intersection of Tirwa Road (Proposed to be 6 lane soon) and New GT road(New 4 lane highway-6 lane).

This market is normally but best option for truck's driver rest stations and food plaza because the market is out of city (bypass of Kannauj District)
