As all the hotel in kanpur were filled due to ongoing test match, we have no other option but to choose for this hotel. The are charging a good amount and compared to decent hotels like Royal Paradise but cleaning and housekeeping is pathetic. On the top of it staff including the owner is too rude and misbehave if you complain regarding service. Washrooms are pathetic, flush not working, very very dirty floor...bucket like not used since long and not cleaned. Bedsheets and quilt much stained. Refrain from booking it.

Neither well behaved not professional Staff. Beds with moths and dust.

The AC of the room needs service because of continuous water coming out whole night. The receptionist complained that OYO is not settling the outstanding amount due. Thus, it is suggested to address the issue immediately so that guest may not suffer.

Worst experience . I will never suggest anyone to visit this hotel. Rooms are messy, no hot water, no cleaning since a long time, dirty bed sheets and worst of all there is no one to listen. No room service.

Dirty rooms, shabby place, no ventilation, rude behaviour of the owner, no room service...the list goes on and on. Even the price is not on the affordable side. A third grade hotel with even worse amenities.

The advantage of this hotel is proximity to railway station. I stayed for a day, no one came to clean the room, there is no dustbin available.they don't provide bathroom slippers. Tv connection was not working no one came to see that after complaining. Fan has no regulator, you can either run it on full speed or just switched off. Matrices needed to be change. Light switch were away from room door. There were 2 switch near the door but when I touched them I found they were just dummy.

The hotel was good, was little expensive than nearby hotel but also it was very much better than others. Bathroom was little dirty. Everything was almost fine as per its rates. Staffs were polite. Please come here on only your behalf not on broker's recommendation otherwise you will be get looted by them. This applies to all and every hotels.
