booked

Oyo
which
made
my
stay
more
pathetic.
we
have
booked
room
in
double
occupancy
in
full
advance
payment.
but
when
we
reached
there
at
early
morning
at
3.30
am
after
11
hour
driving,
hotel
reception
person
(Gunman)
denied
for
the
check
in
on
tariff
which
was
already
paid
by
me
in
advance.
he
said
that
you
have
to
pay
extra
because
oyo
is
selling
our
room
in
lower
price
than
our
tariff
so
either
you
pay
or
call
to
oyo
customer
care.
i
said
that
i
will
not
pay
a
single
rupees
for
hotel
and
oyo
miscommunication
&
mistake
because
you
both
have
not
informed
us
that
i
have
to
pay
extra
for
your
internal
problem
and
when
i
forced
receptionist
to
talk
with
hotel
owner
then
only
he
start
to
support
otherwise
he
was
also
very
rude
.
then
i
got
oyo
customer
care
number
from
google
and
spoken
to
02
people
then
they
agreed
mutually
for
difference
amount.
Room
which
was
given
to
us
was
special
third
class
category
oyo
room
which
is
specially
designed
for
oyo
customer
like
pathetic
cleaning,
worst
ambiance,
third
class
bed
and
,mattress
and
pathetic
bath
room
which
was
very
much
below
standard.
feel
that
they
have
specially
third
quality
room
for
oyo
customer.first
they
denies
for
room
but
after
argument
they
give
the
room
which
is
in
most
pathetic
condition.
in
morning

times
we
asked
for
bath
towel
but
we
were
getting
only
one
answer
that
sir
towel
barish
ki
vajah
se
gili
ho
gayi
hai
jab
sukh
jayegi
to
de
denge
and
finaly
we
did
not
recd
the
towel.
reception
staff
was
also
very
unprofessional
and
making
argument
that
aap
samjh
nahi
rahe
hain
barsat
ki
wajah
se
laundry
me
kitni
problem
hai.
I
do
not
know
who
is
loosing
the
customer
hotel
owner
or
Oyo
but
i
think
both
.
they
should
immediate
solve
there
internal
issue
otherwise
hotels
will
loose
their
customer
due
to
these
issues.
i
have
very
poor
picture
in
my
mind
for
both
hotel
Gagan
eco
and
OYO
bothand
i
will
not
recomend
any
one.
i
do
not
know
where
is
guest
focus
(Atithi
devo
bhavh
concept)
both
hotel
and
oyo
are
loosing
the
trust
of
customer
due
to
some
money.
they
should
have
informed
us
well
in
advance
that
you
have
to
pay
extra
money
for
this
booking
otherwise
this
will
stand
cancelled
then
also
there
was
no
problem.
but
during
the
check
in
saying
this
is
not
acceptable.
