From out side hotel seems good, but the staffs and accommodation is opposite of looks. Rooms are very dirty, no proper cleaning was there, also you can easily identify cockroach and rats roaming around you. Mosquitoes are the regular visitors of your rooms. When you will ask for mosquitoes repellent coil or refile they will provide you 1980's machine which is hardly working. Don't go to this hotel and if you are adventures by nature then you can easily adjust in this hotel. Happy horror stay if you are really planning to stay.

Horrible experience. After finalization of room tariff with cost of dinner, the hotel is not willing to provide the same at agreed rate. Call to OYO helpline, being kept on hold for 10- 15 minutes on a number of times without resolving the issue. The lesser said about the room in the Gagan Hotel is better. Commode is soiled, no water in bathroom shower.

I have stayed with my colleague on 8th Aug in this hotel, and it was really a pathetic experience I had. After a long drive almost 11 hours when we reached the hotel at around 3.30 am we told the reception person that we have confirmed paid booking form OYO, but the person on duty straight away denied to provide the room saying we can not allot the room because OYO is selling room in much cheaper rate than our hotel tariff, I am also hotelier, the behavior of that person was just astonished me how he can behave like a shopkeeper and even he was not bothered to say sorry. When my colleague spoken with the OYO person, then he provide the the room after waiting half an hour. The room was absolutely stinky and it was not cleaned. On the same day morning I asked for towel 3 times, after that my friend also asked for the same, then they said ''towels gili hai sukh raha hai'', its so woeful that we did not get a basic service.I just wonder how this hotel is running with this kind of tragic services and with unprofessional staff. Never recommend to anyone to book hotel through OYO and obviously do not stay Hotel Gagan.

the worst hotel of the world. room booked by Oyo which made my stay more pathetic. we have booked room in double occupancy in full advance payment. but when we reached there at early morning at 3.30 am after 11 hour driving, hotel reception person (Gunman) denied for the check in on tariff which was already paid by me in advance. he said that you have to pay extra because oyo is selling our room in lower price than our tariff so either you pay or call to oyo customer care. i said that i will not pay a single rupees for hotel and oyo miscommunication & mistake because you both have not informed us that i have to pay extra for your internal problem and when i forced receptionist to talk with hotel owner then only he start to support otherwise he was also very rude . then i got oyo customer care number from google and spoken to 02 people then they agreed mutually for difference amount. Room which was given to us was special third class category oyo room which is specially designed for oyo customer like pathetic cleaning, worst ambiance, third class bed and ,mattress and pathetic bath room which was very much below standard. feel that they have specially third quality room for oyo customer.first they denies for room but after argument they give the room which is in most pathetic condition. in morning 03 times we asked for bath towel but we were getting only one answer that sir towel barish ki vajah se gili ho gayi hai jab sukh jayegi to de denge and finaly we did not recd the towel. reception staff was also very unprofessional and making argument that aap samjh nahi rahe hain barsat ki wajah se laundry me kitni problem hai. I do not know who is loosing the customer hotel owner or Oyo but i think both . they should immediate solve there internal issue otherwise hotels will loose their customer due to these issues. i have very poor picture in my mind for both hotel Gagan eco and OYO bothand i will not recomend any one. i do not know where is guest focus (Atithi devo bhavh concept) both hotel and oyo are loosing the trust of customer due to some money. they should have informed us well in advance that you have to pay extra money for this booking otherwise this will stand cancelled then also there was no problem. but during the check in saying this is not acceptable. thank you Hotel Gagan eco & OYO for your worst hospitality and pathetic experience.

Prices are high and room conditions are not good, especially the toilet. There are mosquitoes in room. Overall the hotel is well maintained from outside but they need to look after their rooms as well. Staff is very cooperative and helpfully.

Location was nice but the place was dirty, dampness in room and bathroom as well, everything you touch was dirty even the plates in which they served the food.

They denied giving a room stating that OYO doesn't pays them so they are not entertaining guests rooted through it and even if you have booked through ibibo. I had to haggle with them after a drive from Delhi and having a busy working evening for the room and now the narrative changed as they are fully booked and have no rooms to offer but then they felt pity and alloted me a room having a size of a shoe box on the same floor they had organised a party. Wow!! great experience, now I am totally prepared to travel to Somalia.

Worst place guys please don't prefer this hotel to stay in kanpur coz they dont accept booking through third party app .like oyo or make my trip.

Here I had to insist them to shift me to the room which I had actually selected by seeing through the app. Then, do we really become that weak in terms of power in other cities to actually get the demanded room in the hygienic form?? And overall, respect students. They are the future. If they start liking the disrespect as a normal, imagine they will do the same.
