Nice Place....staff behaviour is cool....

Very bad service. I am very unhappy with the services. Rooms were very dirty.. they didn't turned on the AC after saying no of times.They charge extra. Avoid to book this hotel for your next visit.

Not so good. They ran out of clean bed sheets. Towards the beginning had difficulty in finding the room that had a clean bathroom. Nearly all rooms have a smell of dampness and you need to get used the same while staying there. Staff needs to constantly reminded of any requests. Advantage is close proximity to the Kanpur Railway station.

Very Untidy And contaminated Rooms to be frank And washroom was in worst condition. And The quality of matteress can be seen in the picture .
