Staffs and manager need some lessons regarding hotel etiquettes and service norms. very lazy staffs and very arrogant manager(that chashmis man has no manner to talk and very less coordinated person he is. ) Food also need some improvement in the way of class and taste both. No online facility of payment available, they have no GST bill,they don't start the generator set after power cut by saying simply "sir isme hum kya kr skte hain ye to government ka galti hai power cut ho rha to" electric fluctuation was a major problem during summer stay. etc etc etc...... my suggestion for them is "they need to focus on the following points:- 1. Digital payment option availability 2. Room rent justification 3. Hotel etiquettes and service norms 4. Food class & taste 5. Manager's capability to deal with the situations 6. power backup 7. GST Bill 8. Room service and house keepings without reminders 9. cleanliness of surroundings 10. politeness during serving Thankyou

Hey, well known and famous guest house in the kanpur city. It's near about ramadevi chauraha approx 100 meter . Best place for any business, corporate, personal meetings, marriage functions, ring ceremony, birthday event and social awareness functions like yoga and meditation. It's good and budget friendly guest house. Overall facilities are good. rooms and faculty members well behaved.

If you get no other place to go then you can stay there, they are not much serious about hospitality as they have many other shops in that complex. As it's winter so i booked non ac room, 800rs per night. No tv, there was chimney of kitchen just below room window. The only comfort was there was gyser. Staff is ok but there was no phone in tne room.

Place is awesome to go with group of friend as we did enjoyed a lot despite there was so much hot in their rooms, cooler is not that good. I will not go alone, but will go infinite times with that same class. Class of 2021 SVIT.

A old guest house near ramadevi chauraha.poor service.does not fill up even basic requirement. A green lawn is available for food arrangement for marriages. But the bathroom and rooms are not cleaned properly. Staff are not so good. Its a costly guest house on basis of building and fasalities. But the location of guest house is very good.easily search by people because it situated at 300 m near ramadevi chauraha.

Room bed and bed sheets are not clean. No water for drinking, only buy water bottle. Bathrooms are not clean. Restaurant is good. Also order food from zomato and swiggy Near to Ramadevi Chauraha. Staf is good. Fare for AC room is not upto the mark. Without cooler room 600 cooler room 800 and AC room 1000 with TV.
