Bought a cake weight 2.5 kg.Beautifully designed and ok finishing. But I have never tasted such a worst cake ever . It was my daughter’s second birthday and you guys ruined it by delivering such a sugar piece. It was like having 1kg of sugar in every byte. No quality ..TOTAL WASTE

Very nicely communicated by the all staff. Cake was super delicious and fresh. Flower arrangement was excellent soo nicely crafted with papers I was seriously stunned incredible work guys!! Delivery service was soo quick and smooth. Polite staff and owner.

Nice experience. I had ordered cake first time from Kanpur gifts for marriage anniversary . The cake was fresh and taste was also excellent. They delivered the cake with in 2 hours.

I ordered a cake and a bouquet for newlyweds, and I have to say, these guys are FABULOUS . Quick next day delivery, great cake, fresh flowers, and really great customer support. If you're in Kanpur, go nowhere else. THIS IS THE PLACE!

These guys were good at some point of time but not now. They don't know how to talk to the customers. Half of the information in their website is incorrect or fake. Many of the time I have got their cake with ghun (insect). I complaint but no actions taken so far.

Do we have any options to give them negative ratings? If so, I would give -5. The reason is now they are cheating customers by mentioning fake info in their websites. Staff behaviour is not good. Cakes are very bad in taste. Earlier they were good but now they got mad.
