Today I have done my tail bone's digital x-ray at this place, they have installed best available machines, Staff was very co-operative n polite they care to patient like their family members, Dr. Ms Monica attended me her behavior was very helpful. This Diagnosis centre is very neat n clean like star hotels no poor smell was coming like other diagnosis centres, Management is very good, i will recommend for this place with good experience.

It is good,,but time taking services.Its need to improve because time is precious for All. Staff is good & supporting.Lack of facilities like Ac was not working properly.Again I like to say,"Little Improvement".

Worst diagnostic centre in kanpur..I had done my HSG test here and the lady doctor was very rude and unprofessional..She did the test without anaesthesia i was literally crying with terrible pain..I don't know her name but she was very rude and I don't suggest anyone to go there..I'm giving 1 star becoz zero option is not available..

The best diagnostic pathology in the city Kanpur I have ever visited. The front office staff is very polite and well-behaved. And the nursing staff is very supportive. Doctor (Monika Malhotra) is very cool and calm in nature and has the best experience in her field of work. The environment of the lab is clean and hygienic. My overall experience is very satisfactory.

Very good diagnostics centre. Always recommend others for clear & transparent processes & scans. They do have 2 monitors while taking ultrasound, one for the dr & other for the patients to watch which is a very good feature here. Good experience overall.

There are no details mentioned in the website about prior appointment. The behaviour of the receptionist was worst. Doctor was available but still they told she was on leave. After being empty stomach for so long and facing such harassment was not acceptable. Their behavior shows as if the are treating patients for free.

Time management is too poor. Please rech here with whole day even after appintment. After appointment you have to wait for atleast two hours. My advise to management is that please don't do it atleast for pregnent patients. Apart from all this, staff is very friendly and pollite. My rating is only for time.

Definitely recommend this diagnostic centre. Helpful and polite doctor and staff. Clean facilities. I visited at short notice but got my X-ray done and received report within an hour. Thanks to the team. 😊

Good centre for test like ultrasound, mammography and x ray. I come here for my mother breast cancer mammography test, they told me the test cost Rs. 2000, but it was for both, my mother has operated on one side, so they returned me the half money, very generous staff. Anyone can visit this diagnostic centre, every test cost is genuine here, no over AR extra charges.

The staffs were very friendly and helped aus by going out of the way. The booking process is also smooth. The ambience of hospital is neat, cleand and human friendly.
