Poor cleaning and they normally use oil taking from fry-pan (kadhayi) which is used so many time to roast Bada to make dosa or utthappam. This is normal streat shop

Taste of actual south Indian Vada/Dosa/Idly the sambar quality and quantity is also good !! Only thing is their coconut chutney is quite watery/thin rest all is amazing.

Best food for South Indian, That "Vada" taste even we can't get it in some South Indian hotels.
