Insanely great place for best workout routines with nice trainers. Place is the front with good spacious workout area and amazing gymming equipments. Rates are pretty high which does not matter for a golds gym

It's worth every single penny you invest, Really the best gym I've been to so far (Mind you I've been to a lot of Gym's in and around India), The hospitality is top notch, They assist you in every single thing, Like literally (This ain't a paid review lol) would prefer this gym over any other gym in Kanpur even if I have to pay twice the ammount! I'm just elated. I'd honestly ignore every single less than 4 star reviews around here, Either they've not been to a lot of gyms or it's super subjective Experience here Couldn't be better!

You also need not to worry about the exercise you need to do, when you enroll into the gym they do a full body analysis from which the trainer will give you a card which will have all the exercise that need to be done on the specific day which will also be mentioned.

1. A good gym. 2. Lot of space, but limited machines. So some times it is really tough to complete the work out in one go. 3. # The gym part is usually unpleasant because the AC runs only on 27 degrees even in hot summers. Though I have made complaints many times to the staff present on the reception, but no response unfortunately.

It's one the best fitness centre across India, I always get a different vibe here. If I talk about equipment, Gold Gym Mall road has got the best equipment. Infrastructure is also good. The money I invested for workout here is really worth it and good for me. I suggest Gold Gym to everyone as the vibe here is different.

Too much crowded on peak hours, reception is helpful, packages are cheap but not worth the crowd. Peak hours 5-9pm is like 100 people at the gym. Equipments are okayish, pull-up bars are too high, lack of strength machines as per crowd. Trainers are okayish.

Disappointed. Trainers would rather chat around than help you get accustomed on your first day (this is AFTER I asked them twice). And they have no regard for COVID protocols.. there are 25-30 people in there almost at all times.

Having a brand name of "Gold Gym", I'm a bit disappointed cause I've been to Gold gyms in Delhi and the atmosphere you get there is unmatched and i could understand that it's Delhi and this is Kanpur but the reason why i am disappointed is that they don't even try to make it good.I mean i was here for few days and it was terrible to see the barbell with which people fo squats,deadlift and perform other essential exercises was bent and the bend was to an extent that i was not able to hold the grip of it.This not only just causes problems for the costumers but also degrades the reputation and the way people see Gold gym.If you are a franchise of Gold Gym,please be it otherwise what difference would i feel going to a Gold Gym vs any other local gym which is atleast trying thier best to keep everything in place.
