Recently I visited the center with my friend for my friend's phone .The service and the way of working is not upto the mark.. 1.when you tell your problem.. They will inspect the item before accepting if There is any little flaw in item they will immediately say.. It's out of warrenty 2.when they will admit your phone for the problem,they will say to wait for 30min but it may take up to 2-4 hours. 3.So after addressing your problem they will tell you that phone is Ok. If you won't check your phone after the repairing they will not even tell you to check your phone by yourself. (In a short period of time u can only tell that for the particular problem, the phone is working fine in that duration. May be problem comes back after some time.As in my friend's case) And they will give you a consent form in which about service is written. In the form you have fill your name and other details and you have to write that your are satisfied with the service and have put your signature. So when you come to the service center come with 4-5 hrs time duration cause it may take for problem solving. Tell them problem,ask them when to come back,they will tell you time like 2 hrs or something else. Go out hang out here and there or you can do other work if you have Come back check your phone. If Satisfied then tell or if problem persists tell them again.. (May be they can submit your phone and tell you to come on certain day) As of my friend's particular case, he has to run 5-6 times for his problem as on service center the problem was ok on testing and when he reached home, the problem reappeared.
