I really loved their ambiance. The rooftop sitting area is really amazing. The buffet system is really worthy a penny in pocket friendly prices. They have different menu for each day. I really loved their chicken pop corns. A must try i say. The staff is too humble and the service is also quick.

Very pleasant environment and lovely management. Below are the highlights: 1) food is awesome and portion is good 2) ambience is very nice and space is pretty big 3) Kids aren't allowed as the place serves hukka but just below this lounge there's SHOR where you can visit with kids.. 4) good place for birthday parties and corporate dinner. One of the best lounges in terms of AMBIENCE. Open rooftop cafes with amazing view. Food is decent with great prices. Buffet is also available at weekend and weekdays. Different menu for daily. Service is okay. Dj is missing in rooftop. One can spend his evening very well in romantic environment 🥰.

Visit it once if you want to have delicious maggi at any place other than ganga barage.😜

Fatigued by the same old establishments and to break the monotony, I finally brought my self to visit Duman which I was avoiding due to it harkening to the underwhelming Shor family but setting my skepticism aside I went with an open mind but alas, my experience just led to my negative assumptions to be cemented. First off except the interior decor there is nothing else even remotely Turkish, not even a single dish on the menu to my surprise. Coming to the food which was below subpar to say the least for the price which accompanies it as I was aghast when the pizza had ketchup instead of marinara sauce as it’s base, which the staff who were the only saving grace of the place were kind enough to replace. Coming to the drinks which are on the pricier side but were good enough. So overall the place is a hard pass unless the management decides to step up their game and atleast match the quality which their competition has on offer if not more. Until then it would be my advice to take one’s patronage to a more sensible establishment.

Ambiance and interior are good they have both outdoor open roof as well as indoor sitting. Ambiance is also good but I also like to say that they charging alot any beer either it is pint or can cost ₹500. They are charging higher than landmark. Although food is nice and hukka is costlier ranges from ₹1000 to₹1500 but it's nice. It's not reasonable place.

First lounge with Turkish theme , the ambiance is just wow, Turkish music give it a royal edge perfect place for parties and hanging out with friends with friends, the live kitchen and buffet make it even better.

Place is not worth the money. 400₹ of mocktails are not even good. Prices are too high as compared to taste.

Pathetic service, bad food and drinks, overpriced , they will give us wrong bill (for what you have not ordered) after requesting bill and making u wait for 45 minutes!!! Not wp but h a penny

Ambience is really amazing and food is good but little bit costly rest everything is good and i really enjoyed a lot.

Went there for drinks and food.. taste was fine but the staff was not listening.. delay in serving and at last they were not ready to claim the offer they had given online... waited almost half an hour spoke to the manager several times.. even then they were not ready to apply the discount coupon all in all bad experience..

Ambience is awesome. Food is delectable too. And I find the quantity enough as well. Though they need to work on their mocktails more. Live music was there which was adding to the ambience.

Roof top lounge , enjoyed a lot here with soft music and romantic lights . The food was awesome, delayed in services due to crowds but overall a great place to spend the evening with friends and family.

FOOD- average taste and a very average presentation compared to the price paid. Did not like the drink. Asked for a cranberry mojito but they served me blue lagoon and justified the fact that it's cranberry only (which it wasn't). SERVICE - Polite enough to replace my drink (but still didn't get served with cranberry mojito). But good behaviour. AMBIENCE: Good location. Sunset looks good.

It's a pity that average places get to be so overpriced in a city like Kanpur. Having visited cafes across Tier - 1 cities in India, it's beyond shocking to see how overpriced most cafes in Kanpur are because of lack of competition. Went on an evening with friends. The ambience was not up to the mark. The rooftop, open seating area was just the size of a roof of an average apartment with chairs and sofas decked closely together. The indoor ambience was even more off-putting. We ordered honey chilli potato worth Rs. 400. The portion size was too small and their was nothing extraordinary about them. The taste was good. The paneer sizzler was a miniscule portion of few pieces of paneer, 5 tablespoons of rice and some sauted vegetables served on an extremely small sizzler. Cost - 675🤣 I won't be visiting again. There are a few places still existent in this city that serve better food in more meaningful prices.

Ambience is good they have live music which was average but open roof top place is not suggested in summers although they have covered place with a/c which is good for private parties

Actually the ambience of this place is Nice. But the problem we faced here was related to their menu. Due to covid they limited their menu. When. I asked for something out of this current menu, they delivered it. But that was not the real original item. I ordered for shawsilk sizzler. The waiter brought me some sizzler which included jeera rice, paneer tikka and few sauted vegetables.. it was so dry that I didn't have it and left it. They didn't have any regret for this too. If this is how they cheat their customers, then definitely thumbs down for this place. This place is definitely overpriced compared to the nearby restaurants.

A perfect place to spend a evening ,with ur loved ones with a beautiful rooftop along with slow instrumental sounds and unplugged on Saturday and Sunday . And yes food is tasty too.

The place looks good but don't go on looks just. The service is too late, if you order something just add 30 minutes to your total time you have to spend. They have too less staff and the reason they give is that we have two restaurants on two floors. The menu card looks more like a Dhaba's menu. If you want to eat something I can tell you here what they offer, Maggie, bun maska, veg/non veg buffet and 3 more items. And the buffet they call has only two dishes which you'll have to take by own (self service). The staff here is too competent. Check your bill very carefully because they can add some items on their own in your bill. Overall had worst experience. I wouldn't recommend you to go.

They are thugs of kanpur ..they don't have much variety of beer ...but they charged each beer 500 rupees per can ..which is very costlier even then cities like Bangalore , Lucknow , Delhi , Gurgaon etc . They don't have beverages menu ...they are real thugs.

One of the worst places one could go.. Everything is over priced... And half of the menu is not available... Also service charge @ 3% is charged without even asking or displaying somewhere. Not satisfied at all
