Got my father treated for pilonidal sinus. I was not sure about laser treatment for my father as I thought there might be complications. But the doctor assured us there wont't be any and we went for the treatment. Clinics were very hygienic. The medical coordinator took great I would recommend him to all those who wants to get consulted. I was very scared about the surgery but the doctor treated me with utmost care.

There are lot of scope to improve. Right from coordination to choosing good hospital. Doctors are good but management could have done much better. At one point of time, coordinator is not reachable at all. However, on some parameters they are excellent compare to others. Dr. Mohsin is excellent and very much caring and reachable.

Prystyn care messed up not once but twice when it came to my transport and it was very, very inconvenient, I was standing on road with my operated wife while your team kept booking cabs to the wrong hospital and she couldn't stand and there was no place to sit, so I frustratingly had to book a cab on my own. Both of suffered mental trauma that day, and she suffered immense physical pain. Imagine getting operated the earlier evening and having to stand on road in sun in the morning while your team booked cabs to wrong hospital 3 times. Where's the resolution or a empathetic compensation to this? I will never get ahead with Pristyn care in my life again if Pristyn care thinks this is a minor thing and doesn't want to address this. Giving me a refund was not a thing you did for me as a favour, transport was covered in my package so you just did the bare minimum. Don't tell me the refund covers the trauma we experienced both times.

Very bad service, the patient get re occurence of pilonidal sinus after lazer surgery, the surgeon provided by pristine was unexperienced. We don't get any help when we inform about it to our health care provider( mr. Anuj kumar). Also they make a loan for repayment which is based on reimbursement. Totally scammed.

Two months after the surgery, the problem started again. Later met Dr. 3 times saying every time take medicine you will be fine.

Initially I like the services but after cancellation of surgery today I am frustrated by their behaviour. once you are not needful for them then they don't reply you till this day when I'm writing review 20 days spent but they don't refund my money.

It was a nice and hassle free experience with pristyn care for my septoplasty surgery. Only thing that made little uncomfortable was on the day of discharge which was a Sunday and when the approval from insurance was long delayed, there was no status update to me from pristyn which I think is their core responsibility. Rest all are very good.

This is the second review iam providing. No use escalating and email and calls . Only the job is do get the surgery done. After surgery side effects worst response. No response from escalation team for patients suffering from spinal anesthesia. This is really disappointing and hence would never recommend Pristyncare to anyone.
