Worst possible case of mismanagement and carelessness. Totally untrained staff. My frame has been in transit for over 30 days now. It has come wrongly remade 2 times even when i got my power verified with them twice. Firstly the they delivered the wrong frame then they got the wrong power in the frame and now they tell me the frame is out of stock and you will have to select a new frame. I've wasted over 10 days communicating with them over email and 30 days in all and 8k worth of money. Avoid at all costs. What a disappointing experience it has been.

They sell Spectacles, Contact Lenses, Sunglasses and every sort of eye glasses that are commonly worn. For the persons on budget, they have the cheap (but sturdy) frames. For those who want a branded frame for their eyes, Lenskart offers multiple brands to choose from. The collection of frames and lenses on Lenskart is so huge that any local physical store will fall flat in comparison.

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER! EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOR!! I went to the store and i really liked these glasses, so i bought them, i paid them in cash and two weeks later i got them but they were defected.There was some error in the lenses. So i went back to the store and told them to do something about it. The owner wasn't co-operative at all. He (the head) actually insulted me and my mother in front of everyone. When i got into a huge, ugly argument with him, then only he wanted to co-operate with us. I'm trying to figure out how to file an official complaint against the extremely arrogant store manager. For anyone who is reading this, DON"T BUY GLASSES AT THIS STORE. I'm very serious, i almost wanted to file an FIR against them for treating us like that. Today i learned a lesson that i will NEVER in a MILLION YEARS buy glasses at Lenskart, Z Square Kanpur. There isn't an option to give zero stars otherwise i would have done that.That extremely rude and arrogant head of the store NEEDS to be fired.

My journey with lenskart started at New Delhi in 2010 it was one of the only stores at that time and i was a part of it , since then i have being a permanent part of lenskart family today also I prefer lenskart for the quality, price , service and looks of the eyeglasses , there are no of outlets are opened now in mostly every cities and lenskart is improving day by day with the technology and it’s so easy to get eyeglasses at your door step and after sale service, Lenskart at Kanpur came very late in the city but successfully opened their 4th store in the city itself, so lenskart is doing great .

Very rude and unprofessional service.. I have been a regular customer of Lenskart but this store gave me one of the worst service. One of the executive named Saurabh was very rude.. was infact busy in his mobile. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS STORE..

Worst employes evr .. careless mismanaged.. delivery date extended 4 days by d date it should come.. i would rate it in minus if i can no communucation wd courier boy .. just hate dere services .. highly not recommemded .. extremly bad experience ...

I like their John Jacobs collection and purchased two specs i love their hospitality and the way they test proper my eyes this is soo perfect and my power is accurate i love their service

Extremely poor experience. The management is pathetic with no value for customer's time. I hope higher management takes note to give proper training to the staff posted at the Z square store. To add to that, one of the attendants was extremely rude. I m a regular customer at Lenskart but if this is the kind of service they are giving, really need to consider other options now.

Horrible service at the store. Had my appointment booked for an eyetest, but upon reaching the store, they told us that only manual testing could be done at the moment and asked us to wait, they kept us waiting for 20 minutes, even then the attendants couldn't satisfactory reply on when would our turn come. Moreover, the frames in display were dirty and not well maintained. The staff too, was very Gauche. Other stores in the city far better.

I came down to get service on already purchased item. The service was very quick, humble and the issue sorted too! Would definitely visit again :)!

Experience was so good . Specifically Mr. Ankit Verma was so professional and polite. He listened all the queries and solved my doubts.

Poor customer support. I have to change nose buds of my Vincent chase. They tell me to wait 15 mins for just to change my nose buds even when most staff is free. They tell me "Aapke khade rhne se jaldi nhi ho jayega" and after changing my nose buds they say to immediate review the store I tell them I will review it later but they say "abhi krke jaiye baad me nhi". Previous staff is good when I buy the Vincent chase but this time it's completely different experience.

Worst Service COVID safety was not measures ( All Staff was without mask) I visited this store with my parents,Not a single staff attended us, No other customers were present in store accept my family, Very Rude behaviour, they asked us to wait for eyestesting for 1hr by giving reason 3 people are alredy there in que for testing and I noticed that there were no one for testing all staff were gossiping but didn't attended us till last. Didn't provide detailed eye checkup after waiting for more than 1hr as I am old customer of Lenskart am totally aware of all the process from other stores this is the first time I visited on Zsquare mall Lenskart & I've very bad experience just because of staff behaviour & I will never recommend to anyone to visit this store. At the end I decided not to purchase from here
