Both the pizza are good in taste but I tasted better Pizza than this on their other outlets that's why I am giving them 4 stars. Service is good and staff is friendly. It is spacious and proper cleanliness is there inside the outlet. I don't say it as the best outlet, but yeah you will not regret with their Pizza. You can also do small birthday party there. So a good place to hangout with your friends and family.

We had ordered pizza from this Swaroop Nagar Restaurant on 20/01/2021 of which Order No. is 237|20-01-2021|22:42:03 This order was delivered to us and while consumption of Creamy Tomato Pasta Pizza – Veg, a non edible material (Plastic with sharp edges) was discovered. We immediately reported the incident to the restaurant and we had received call from Mr. Pradip (Kanpur Head) and he informed that our concern was correct and while preparation of Pizza, a part of plastic container of pasta broke and fallen into the pizza which was not monitored by the staff responsible for preparation. The entire incident is captured in CCTV recordings. As regular consumer, we order food from such established brands like Dominos with the belief that we will get hygienic food prepared under supervision of well trained diligent staff which can be consumed by us & our children without any hesitation, but it is really shocking and horrifying for us, and such sheer negligence has made our confidence shaken up. Please be beware of such outlets and ordering food be avoided from here until unless corrective measures are taken up by the company.

They serve Plastic Pieces as toppings in their pizza. Highly disappointed.

Same taste. No new good variety. Side meals are also very boring and tasteless. So better try pizza from cafes. Atleast they have some different taste.

Best place to eat

One another positive encounter with the Domino's Pizza location. Online ordering was simple and easy. My order was delivered in less than 25 minutes, which was faster than the estimated delivery time of 30 to 40 minutes. As if the pizza maker created them with all the efforts, my two pizzas were beautifully baked and just...pretty. Seriously. This is not my first order from this store, and every time the staff has exceeded my expectations. Continue as you are, and we will continue to oder from you. Love the value they are offering with their "purchase at least two" promotion. I am able to save a lot of money quickly. Additionally, I occasionally use my points to earn a free pizza. How fantastic is that?

This is with regard to a terrible delivery experience today evening (24th April 2023) ...spoke to Gauri Verma/ Shivpriya Mishra/Anurag Gupta...the pizza arrived approx 1.30 hrs late (was a bulk order...) the store operators kept citing reason of technical glitch....important lesson learnt : if u want to order pizzas in bulk, better to look elsewhere !!!

It delivered pizza at my doorstep. I ordered a large size Farm House and Peppy Paneer. The pizza was awesome and yum! Of course, Dominos is the best pizza maker.

Proper safety measures are taken here in this pandemic which is great👏 . Pizzas are really fresh, tasty and yummylicious.

Worst Dominos outlet in Kanpur 1.The sales executive talk very rudely and charge extra for carry bags even after charging taxes for takeaway orders 2. They don’t tell about the offers going on instead in the dominoes app there are many offers which can save almost 100-200 bucks if applied but here they charge according to the stated price without telling these offers to the customers. 3. They don’t provide proper invoice as well, in which every item price is stated. Only the name of the items and then the total amount, each product price is not mentioned. As well as the phone number is not asked while ordering due to which the message of the invoice is also not received

It's different. Really dominos is different from others. My children never go for other brands. They only love to eat Domino's pizza. It is really delicious.Staff are very caring. There are people from our city who never followed any rules,neither they uses application to order pizza,still your staff hold too much calmness.

Nice and clean dining area. Pizza taste is not as good as it is Delhi-NCR, clearly different taste. When i visited there were 3-4 people and no online pickups still it took half an hour to prepare my order. Cashier charged more than the amount in receipt. When we noticed and asked them about the overcharging, they returned the extra amount charged. Full marks on hygiene and cleanliness.

The place is little off the main road. The Gentry is good in comparison with other Domino's in kanpur, there's plenty of free parking space in front. Another great thing is, it's not crammed into some mall, it's an independent shop, and really well made, Clean and well maintained.

This is my go to place for pizza and chocolate lava cakes. I usually order cheese corn pizza and cold drink and sometimes i order a red velvet or chocolate lava cake too when in good mood. 🤑

Especially here to review about the customer service My customer service agent was the best person I've come across He helped me choose the best pizza and didn't hurry me or anything Tried on his own to customise a good pizza for me and was extremely polite. Also explained me the pizza types without being impatient even though I was asking many questions I will definitely visit again because of his good service ! Thank you for a good night's pizza sir !!!

There is no dine-in facility, today the staff at the outlet told me that they did not have enough staff to cater the customers so I must first download the app and place my order and then I will be served. If I need to order online then what is the purpose of visiting the outlet..

Nice food

Pizza was good (Veg loaded), but the atmosphere was horrible, no cleanliness, no accessibility of the order number since they have self service. You will just have to assume that your order has come.

The place was decent and the food there was good and tasty enough. Unlike the same tasting curries that you get with vegetarian meals in most restaurants...the curries had distinct different tastes and that is a good sign of efforts being put into making each dish appropriately.

It's a simple and normal Domino's Pizza outlet. Staff is well behaved. Had ordered 2 different flavour pizzas with cheese burst base but only 1 pizaa barely had any cheese in the base. It's the only negative thing about them. However, I find it a common quality problem in almost all Domino's outlets I have visited in different cities. They always try to cut corners like this.

Best place to visit your closest ones. Have a very ambience and amzing services.Most of the time me and my love one visit this place because of it's awasm ambience yummy tasty and very delicious pizza and great facilities and services. Earlier I was not very much interested in pizza and all and whn my closest friend took me over there I can't express that experience in words and it's hilarious. Please visit that place and seriously enjoy such a yummy pizza..

I refrained myself from giving 5 star ti this place oNly because of it's employees.. they are not well behaved. Otherwise the pizza is 5star as usual.. but be aware of pizza hut which is going to open nearby in couple of days.. the last and sponginess of pizza hut pizzas is definitely far ahead.

Very much crowded..not very spacious and I personally wasn't satisfied with the staff service. Pizzas were yummy but Garlic Breadsticks need improvement. Overall a good place to be with kids and friends.

After a long time in Kanpur Biggest PIZZA outlet i.e. not a mall one in Kanpur. Nice place, clean and tidy as usual dominos outlets. Nice quality and fast delivery from this shop. Food is better than any other pizza delivery in Kanpur as we have our taste bud on Dominos so yeah overall 5 star.
