The service is average. Timings issue. Staff behavior issue. They charge extra money for luggage. They are never on time. So you have to adjust always. The bus condition was good in my case which is a plus point. In summers not sure if the air conditioning is sufficient or not.

Worst service ever. They promised to give good condition bus showed the bus booked the bus, but at the time of journey they said bus not available and after argument the provided a bus which was in a condition like it was 20 years old, broken from all ends, windows shattered, unhygienic and filthy. So don't waste your money here.

The bus service is fairly good. I even missed my bus but they managed to drop me to the bus by their own vehicle. Nice people and great service. Prices are little high then the bus conditions they need to improve here.

Travelled on 05.11.2018 The bus started at 10 pm on 05.11.2018 from Mori Gate , Delhi and while I'm writing this post , it is already 11 am and the bus will take atleast 1 hour to reach Kanpur. This is the worst ever experience I had with any bus. Though there are many, I'm sharing a few things :- 1. Before the start of the journey we were told that there is toilet facility in the bus.But in the midst of the journey when I asked the staff to open the toilet for use of my 4 year old daughter, they said the toilet is not functioning. Me and other female passengers had to face great difficulties during the journey. 2. The main driver Mr. Raees was fully drunk and behaved very rudely and scuffled with us and other co-passengers. I asked other staff of the bus to not allow him to drive as he can put lives of all passengers at risk. I'm surprised how any bus service can allow such things to happen. 3. Although the BUS NO:UP 70 GT 0487 is brand new bus still it developed some snag and due to which it slowed down its speed to around 10 -15 kmph. When we asked the driver to repair the bus in Etawah he made only some stop gap arrangement and kept running the bus at 30-35 kmph.

Fraud Bus Service. While booking they will give details of booking of a seat of your choice but while boarding they will change. Tickets bears a seat no but bus has no seat no in it. You are left to sit on a seat which bus assistants direct you. They are frauds . Always travel on their wish and will. If you oppose they will try to manhandle and threat of your cancellation

Fraudy you can see the timing given online a person who is not known about road routes he can belive easly you have to see picture then you can understand what i am saying

Worst bus service..bus has reported 3 hour late in Banda. And had been departed one hour late..Do not book any ticket in Durga bus service..Ac is not working inside of bus. Driver has poor driving skills .and worst experience in this bus .I suggest u all he does not able for one star..poor service poor maintenance

It's a good service from kanpur to Delhi Volvo bus. People can board from ramadevi chouraha, opp. Malik guest house and fajalganj kanpur.

Worst bus service I have ever experienced . They force you to change the bus in the midway. Low service quality. My money got wasted by booking this bus.

Auto cancels ticket before the date of journey

Serves are good but required some improvement as in a bus, all of Mobil charching socket not working, without charging the mobile....day is very much horibal.
