I
had
a
truly
terrible
experience
with
this
bus
service.
They
changed
the
pickup
point
at
the
last
minute
and
provided
no
clear
explanation.
I
ended
up
lugging
five
bags
alone
for
1km
to
reach
the
new
pickup
location,
which
was
situated
over
a
flyover.
This
sudden
change
was
unacceptable,
especially
when
I
had
initially
booked
tickets
with
a
different
pickup
point.
Their
excuse
about
the
police
not
allowing
them
to
stop
at
the
original
location
is
just
not
good
enough.
They
should
have
the
correct
pickup
point
mentioned
on
the
ticket
to
avoid
such
issues
with
customers.
My
advice
to
the
bus
service
would
be
to
improve
their
communication
and
update
pickup
points
in
advance
on
the
tickets.
Also,
they
should
find
a
solution
to
the
police
issue
if
it's
a
recurring
problem,
as
customers
should
not
have
to
bear
the
brunt
of
their
logistical
challenges.
Additionally,
they
should
have
better
customer
support
to
assist
passengers
during
such
last-minute
changes.
Overall,
a
disappointing
experience
that
could
have
been
handled
much
better,
considering
how
difficult
it
was
to
carry
five
bags
over
a
flyover.
