Worst travel agency ever travelled with. Overcrowded buses, unauthorised people ticket boarded during journey, unhygienic. By doing this they are hurting people trust. More feel like a local government bus. Save your money and time don’t book here.

Don't use kalpana tour n travels bus It's really bad

It has happened 2nd or 3rd time with me that blanket was so much stinking they dropped me here 2hrs delay I had my official work & got delay becoz of their ridiculous driving they stoped their bus once for dinner break for 1 hour than in one stop was almost for half an hour & speed was like e-rekshaw it was so irritating I'm really very upset with kalpana travels services this time & At boarding time I asked one of them when will I reach there that one person/conducter said arround 7am I said but according to bus chart they have mentioned 6am than that guy said that is their timing the kalpana's not for us wow great Who was representing kalpana than😡😡😡😡🤬

Hi customers plz never book any bus ticket from Kalpana they sudden change bus from AC TO non Ac .it’s happens with me twice .today on 18/93/2023 they have changed my Ac bus to non Ac for kanpur to jaipur and even they are not ready to pay complete refund .I have all recording for conversation to kanpana travels executives .now I will move towards ligal action against him

I'll never recommend anyone to go with kalpana, they have mentioned water and blankets but they never provide. Cabins are dirty and very small. Don't take this ride

Very Bad Bus . Especially From Jaipur To Kanpur at 11:30 PM . I Recommend Every One To Please Don't Travel With This Bus . After This I Don't Recommend Anyone To Travel From Kalpana Travels . Jaipur to kanpur very bad experience the conductor made extra passenger sit in the gallery of the bus after taking money due to which all the passengers had to face a lot of problems

This is my first ride from Delhi to Kanpur with Kalpana Travels. I don't recommend to anybody to travel with this Bus. I called so many times but they didn't pick the phone.

On date 26march23, journey time 10.15 ,bus no-6302. It is very bad condition, no washroom and internal condition is very worst. I request all passenger not yake kalpana bus services.

I had a truly terrible experience with this bus service. They changed the pickup point at the last minute and provided no clear explanation. I ended up lugging five bags alone for 1km to reach the new pickup location, which was situated over a flyover. This sudden change was unacceptable, especially when I had initially booked tickets with a different pickup point. Their excuse about the police not allowing them to stop at the original location is just not good enough. They should have the correct pickup point mentioned on the ticket to avoid such issues with customers. My advice to the bus service would be to improve their communication and update pickup points in advance on the tickets. Also, they should find a solution to the police issue if it's a recurring problem, as customers should not have to bear the brunt of their logistical challenges. Additionally, they should have better customer support to assist passengers during such last-minute changes. Overall, a disappointing experience that could have been handled much better, considering how difficult it was to carry five bags over a flyover.

First and last experience with Kalpana travels.... They charge too much and as service they provide foulsmelling blanket... After complaining... instead of another blanket the conductor provided the room fresher as a solution.... And the condition of socket was also very bad

It was comfortable journey and condition of the bus was ok type, pillow was dirty, the bed sheet clean.

Worst bus service, my bus was for ujjain from kanpur location and literally the bus was very unhygienic and seats were very dirty and staff behaviour was not good even though they were smoking inside the bus... my trip has been spoiled only for this bus service, will never recommend to anyone.. i am attaching the photo plz check and things thousand times before booking bus from this Kalpana travels...

Amazing bus service from Varansi to New Delhi it was comfortable and the staff was cooperative. It also provided a 20 min stop facility to enjoy meals at dhaba.

It was horrible experience, bus was so dirty, and when I booked ticket our drop location is memco ( abd ) but they deny to drop on our location.
