We ordered Kathal Biryani, Kolkata Chicken Biryani and Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani few months ego. . Hyderabadi Biryani: This is the only one which was perfect and I loved it so much. It was full of flavours and aromatic. The rice was perfectly cooked. But it seemed that spices level was a bit high. . Kolkata Biryani: It was not up to the mark. The rice was bit overcooked, also the aroma which is the most delicate thing of kolkata biriyani was not satisfactory. Being a kolkata person, we always crave for good Kolkata Biryani while living outside of Bengal. The biryani looked good but it was not up to the mark as like Hyderabadi Biryani. They should balance the authenticity of Kolkata Biryani. Also, there was less aroma of meetha aatar (kewra essence, as called in North India). In kolkata Biryani rose water, kewra water as well as meetha attar is used which gives a very nice aroma along with the spices. Also, kolkata Biryani should be very light. . Ordered half kg Hyderabadi veg biryani and firni, My experience wasn't that good to be honest. The Aroma of both the items was heavily dependent on cardamom rather than other spices in biryani. Firni wasn't that great either. The cost is on the higher side owing to the presentation and packaging of food. I'd suggest more work on the preparation. The rice quality was good but that is of no use if the Aroma isn't good. 3 out of 5 for not being upto the mark.

Here is outlet for dine. I have visited with my family. And there is no cooling of ac . It's very hot inside. I don't know HR and company team is visit here or not. To look out. They must have to visit n look out what's the problem here. Thanks

WORST EXPERIENCE ever! I used to be the biggest fan of Biryani By Kilo but after the last TWO times, today I've decided to never order from this horrible place again. My order came 45 minutes late!!! That's not it. The delivery person was roaming around in another part of the city that was not near the restaurant and not near my house. I could see his live location constantly updating but he kept lying to me 😡 My biryani pot was also already open when I received it, I have attached the picture. Hate this so much. I am not paying for bad service, lies and bad food. Wish I could give zero stars. They don't offer any compensation for this too. The only word they know is "sorry"

Worst experience ever. I placed my order through Swiggy and was waiting for the order. After an hour's time, swiggy app. displayed the delivery as delivered and when I contacted the delivery person he said that the restaurant has marked the order as delivered and I cannot do anything about it, furthermore, refused to deliver the order. Pathetic service by such a brand!

Hyderabad biriyani was 3.5 out of 5 and lucknow biriyani was 2 out of 5. There was not much difference between both of them.

Pls refrain from ordering from this BBK branch in kanpur. I ordered entire dinner on Dec 31st from zomato. The order wasn’t delivered however it said delivered on zomato. Zomato and I couldn’t reach the restaurant on phone. At that point zomato informed that they do not manage the delivery from BBK. The entire case is so frustrating as I felt cheated.

The biryani was definitely not what biryani is like. Further you get yourself rated immediately on the pretext of rating the delivery. The customer can't rate the food later as it's already done once. That's how you get your 5 star rating on Zomato. I have officially complained with Zomato regarding your malpractice and how you are using the loophole. You better mend yours ways.

Nice biryani. Phirni is awesome. Nice staff. Dining area is very small. Minimum 30 to 40 minutes food delivery time.

In case of food taste, it's good. But they provide fork instead of spoon 🥄 to eat Biryani. I don't understand why!? In case of food, it's well served/packed, the staff is friendly, but Not Cooperative. In Case of food they take their time to prepare and serve hot and fresh food as per your customizations & demands, but the Dine in place is too small for more than 10 people at once to adjust. Its easily accessible, wheelchair ♿ accessible as well. A limited parking 🅿 slot available.

Ambience was too good , Loved the experience with biryani by kilo their biryani is full of flavours and masala. It was perfectly served in matkas something we loved and really new. Everything was perfectly cooked the punjabi fish fry was soft and flavourful. Loved phirni alot it was just the right sweet. 🤤

One of the tastiest food you can have in kanpur. Try phirni, keema naan, chicken ghee roast.

Place does have enough space for dine in. Only two tables are available. The order takes minimum 30 to 35 minutes to get prepared. They prepare fresh food on ever order. So quality is great and even the taste was very good. Less spicy with above standard taste of biryani. They also prepare their own kheer which tastes very good. Though the Prices are high one should try the food here once before comparing the budget and the taste. Over all this place is better for delivery at home.

Ordered 1kg veg hyderabadi biryani and it was sufficient for 3 people.. Awesome taste, They also provide plate and spoon if you want. Only one suggestion that Raita should be free with it.. You will have to pay for raita.. Well love the taste.
