This was a very bad experience, placing an order in night. I got manchurian which was smelling like rotten food and hakka noodles which did not taste like hakka at all along with a very dirty fork. Not recommended for ordering at all. Seems no quality and hygiene. Risky to try.

Today i ordered bahubali thali which came with some ketchup with paneer called paneer ki sbji and no salad no pickel,chole bhature was ok the last thing which we orderd was chili paneer with fried rice instead of we got only steamed rice that was ridiculous. If you are planning to order do not order any thing from them they are very unprofessional one.

I never really write reviews but this time the great work just forced me to write one for them!! I placed a bulk order on Diwali and honestly I expected a delay in delivery! But i was surprised that the order was not only delivered before time but also it was amazing! The food quality and packing at such a reasonable price was just remarkable! Anyone who is in Kanpur, must try once! Keep up the great work team lunchbox!

What justify the price of this restaurant? The prices are like top restaurants while the quality and rating is like some cheap restaurant. 3.3 star justifies the price of the dishes? Ask yourself. Can't even get 4 stars and charging money like 4 star restaurant. What a joke. Don't order from here ever. I have wasted my money just buy giving it a chance thinking maybe last time they did mistake they won't do again and again. Pathetic

Its not the original Lunchbox franchise, its a home run kitchen. I ordered food for my mom dad thinking its the Lunchbox franchise, instead the food that was delivered was worse than any dhaba. Kindly refrain from these home run kitchens, they have no hygiene courtesies.

A rating of 3.8 was a reason good enough for nocturnal hogging. Irrespective of the place I am at, or the time of the day, whenever I order from a restaurant for the first time, I prefer ordering rolls and biryani to judge them aptly. I ordered an egg chicken roll and a chicken biryani. Although this place has every generic food item a home delivery restaurant should have, I never had tall expectations on its taste and quality quotient for obvious reasons. But to no surprise I was also cheated as they sent me an egg only roll that too with no efforts but shredded onions. Biryani was average flavour wise, but being served with two drumsticks in a single portion of biryani was a first for me. Anyways, what's true is true, when you have no other option you could anyday fall back to this place for atleast serving food at such hours with minimal required taste.

I ordered Chili potato and cheesy fries from this restaurant through Zomato at night, each prices around 200/-. I was expecting 2 persons can easily have it but got very very less quantity, even not enough for single person. Another thing is quality. Cheesy fries were totally burnt and they covered it with cheese. Overall worst experience. I don't recommend.

Ordered food online from train. They confirmed that the order has been received and will be delivered to me on Kanpur station. When reached I didn't get the order and when I tried to call on above number it was switched off. I had to sleep hungry as it was too late to get anything in the train or from anywhere else. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Zomato must take necessary actions against these type of restaurants bit they are compelled to do anything They just say sorry & do nothing I ordered the half chilly chicken but they sent quarter without proper packaging & bill The worst experience i have ever had this time in zomato & they cant refund to me as swiggy usually do Think twice before ordering food from zomato
