The quality and cleanliness of hotel was good but their service was awful !! They didn't even provided water bottles! The rooms are good and spacious!

Overall good and budget hotel

I was there during Jan 2023 to attend a wedding. I stayed there for like 2 day(s) and I can surely say that the quality of room was good irrespective of the room type be it single bed room or double bed room. Basic amenities like clean washroom, basic toiletries, clean bed sheets were upto the mark. They also have decent parking space and elevator for the easy access to upper floors and convenient luggage shifting. Most importantly, the quality and verity of food (including breakfast, lunch, supper and dinner) was just mind blowing. Locality is posh as it has, a 5-star hotel (Vijay Intercontinental) right in-front with all the basic service providers nearby such as saloons, tailors and paid parking for guests.

Decent place to stay but please mind it is just a guest house and doesn't have its own kitchen.

We stayed in Royal cottage 2 days to attend a marriage party in Group . We are fully satisfied with rooms and other utilities facilities. All staff was very polite. We recommend for this Cottage.

Hotel is same like it's name Royal Cottage. It is Wonderful hotel situated in very high society area. Hotel is provide all necessary servies to guests. They have good big anf beautiful room and having Banquet Hall too

Nice place to stay. Has multiple room options from single to 6 bed. Can accommodate extra person also with addtional mattress too. Food is average. Has a couple of halls for programs and catering arrangements. Rooms equipped with basic amenities and toiletries. Located on the main road and easily accessible with outer parking space only. Reasonable rates and option to opt for complete hotel booking for ceremonies as a package but well in advance.

A good and comfortable experience for me staying at this property.this property is situated at Tilak Nagar area of Kanpur.the morning breakfast served here is worth.

Very hospitable staff. Wonderful infrastructure. Good example of home away from home. Not to mention the awesome food that they served. The fish kabab, the mutton curry, selection of desserts everything was delectable.

The hotel is pleasant. The room was clean, a good size, basic décor. Tea/Coffee facilities are available in the room. Decent breakfast for the money.The staff are friendly in the hotel.
