    I am very grateful for this amazing experience at Sadhak Anshit Yoga Classes . I understand now that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a complete lifestyle. Teachers who are grounded in this way of life talk with their heart and in a comprehensive way. They have absolutely inspired me for my teaching in the future. I really enjoy the fact that Sadhak Anshit Yoga is a school for everyone. I learned the entire Ashtanga Yoga primary series in three months. It was really difficult, but the dedication and patience (as well as a push when necessary) the Yoga Guru Sadhak Anshit ji is Superb. I especially liked the philosophy and anatomy courses. Sadhak Anshit ji had volumes of knowledge and I learned a lot.
