    Aeriyo Yoga The First Of It's Kind In Kanpur . I have personally been a part of it , it is a great method to meditate as well as maintain physical and mental health . Undoubtably it has made changes in my body and in me as a human being .. In the lifestyles which we youngsters are having is all about mobile phone , tech gadgets , and alot more . But all these things keep us away from physical therapies . An hour a day with Aeriyo Yoga Classes Can Seriously Help U Out To Stay Fit . What I Would Suggest Is Every Youngster Should Opt For It🔥🙌🏻

    Joining aeriyo has been one of my best decisions for my inner and outer self. From suffering from lower back pain issues to now making it as strong that I can practice most of the asanas Both on floor as well as the hammock requiring back strength! It has also made me feel extremely relaxed and strong mentally. There’s still a long way to go and I’m sure it’s only going to get better! Thanks to Pallavi ma’am for all the helpful guidance, she’s not just an excellent teacher but also a very warm and understanding human being who will first try to learn your weak areas and then make you work for making it stronger! That’s how powerful she is! :)

    Aeriyo gave me an opportunity to explore engaging and fun ways to keep my mind and body active with the guidance of Ms. Pallavi. She has encouraged me to test my own limits and helped me find my energy, balance, and strength through her constantly altering, carefully designed regimes. And since I was never a fan of lifting weights in a gym, all I would say is - sometimes hanging in an inversion is all you need to feel charged.

    This is one of the best ways to keep fit. As aesthetic as it looks, the workout is designed in such a way that it’s enjoyable and does really well to ruffle all the muscles around stretching and strengthening them to their optimum levels. A new perspective to look at yoga 🧘. The core muscle strengthening part of it is the best that I’ve ever experienced and it really helps to keep back pain away. Thoroughly enjoyable and the best workout place to be at in Kanpur. Cheers!

    I am suffering from RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS post delivery since 1.5 year , taking care of my baby with multiple joints pain & sleepless nights was getting tougher day by day ... But 1 day I heard about Aeriyo yoga , I thought just to give a try .... & from that day I love Aeriyo yoga , now I am more stress free & active & my joint pain gets better after each sessions of yoga ... This was possible only because of such a great TRAINER PALLAVI MAM ❤

    Pallavi mam is most hard working teacher I have ever seen… She goes beyond her way to help each and every student to achieve impossible things…Also the ambience that she maintains in her classroom is impeccable… I always felt a need of a mentor who can truly help me transform mentally and physically and she is the one…. So if you are passionate enough to learn, she will teach you more passionately….❤️

    This place is comfortable yet challenges you to the core (quiet literally) Ms. Pallavi is helpful and a thorough professional. She focuses on everyone and runs the batch like a pro. Every hour of training is well programmed and pre-organised focussing on each muscle and body parts. You just have to go with the flow and follow Ms. Pallavi to see it yourself: The benefits :)

    Pallavi is extremely skilful in her art of work. She strikes the right cord and trains the ppl perfectly as per their requirements keeping in mind abt all the necessary precautions to be taken. Thank u Pallavi for introducing Ariel yoga to us which I never believed that I could do it.

    My love for yoga started with aerial yoga when I joined Aeriyopallavi. Never thought would be able to do this, but Pallavi di had so much trust that It made me do with so much of ease. Her individual focus on everybody and identifying their strengths and weaknesses is tremendous. I was in soo much pain and stiff neck due to curvical , but now I am so much relieved with every day workout. I hardly have a bad curvical day. She is extremely humble and loving person I have met so far. Everyday learn so much from her apart from yoga well. A day without this so incomplete for me. So greatful and want to thank u so much for introducing this to us .

    My journey of learning Aerial yoga was smooth and so much fun because of the very experienced and learned instructor, Pallavi. She makes sure that her students practice the right formation from Day1 and keep improving as they proceed with classes. The studio is also well equipped with everything needed to get toned. Kudos to Pallavi for doing this with so much dedication and hard work !

    Absolutely love it at Aeriyo! Ms. Pallavi is an undiscovered gem in Kanpur. Her knowledge and style of teaching is remarkable. I am more than satisfied to be trained by her. I urge all women to definitely try Ariel yoga and trust me you will not be disappointed. People usually see her students hanging and stretching on the hammocks- which scares them away since they feel it’s too difficult. Well, that’s not the reality! What you see is the best version of them and they’ve worked hard with discipline and dedication to get where they are. Ms. Pallavi has worked hard with them and made them understand their bodies. Likewise, newcomers are welcomed and they are made to understand what their bodies are capable of. Exercises are performed under her guidance with utmost importance given to posture and techniques. Each student is personally watched and trained as per their body strength. Workout intensity is different for each student. Stamina will be built with time and with each class pass you will feel your strength increase. Thankyou for reading, hope this helps as a motivation for all those seeking it. Cheers!

    I must say I was unsure about joining aerial yoga in Kanpur earlier, but my view changed with the amazing experience I had...One of the best professional aerial yoga in Kanpur with the positive attitude, environment and obviously best equipments. The Coach (Pallavi) is very encouraging no matter, if you are a beginner or experience holder..she individually pays attention to everybody ☺️ I will be joining again whenever I am back in the city again!

    The very first spark of my love for yoga started with Aeriyo. After suffering from serious illness & stiffness in my complete body, I needed to rehabilitate my body & mind through exercise. The real transformation for me after joining Aeriyo is that I am finally calm with a peaceful body and mind. My Instructor Mrs. Pallavi Agarwal who is a professional and dedicated yoga practitioner has given me a great deal of space and added support. I find her to be extremely aware of individual needs and most patient with one's learning curve. I wanted to take a moment and express my thanks and appreciation for how much thought and effort you put into each session. I am so grateful to you for introducing the whole new world of yoga to me. Highly Recommended. :)
