Excellent hotel good staff behaviour good foods good rooms

Very rude staff, bathrooms are dirty, flush of wc not working, refrigerator not working, room is full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, floors and furniture dirty. Not even a single star hotel, fooled to stay here. Even ac was not working properly.

Excellent service by the staff and good food. Even though rooms need some refurbishment it's very centrally placed within the city

Very Dirty room as well as bedsheets and pillo. Room service and food quality was also bad. So i will never recommend anyone to stop here. You should go for another option.

Cleanliness was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As I was from USA so there was some confusion about my visa which was kinda frustrating! They need to work on a few things, namely the tea and coffee. They also need to pay some attention towards pst control. Overall good experience.

Location wise the hotel is good, rooms are spacious but have little cockroaches. Foods are not up to the mark, we had egg chowmien which was not at all tasty.

Wonderful place to stay. I stayed alone in this hotel for three nights. It was pleasant and safe stay. Apart from this, their each and every staff was very humble and helping. Food quality of in-house Food was also very good. It was nice stay overall for a solo girl.

Only good point is the location of this hotel rest everything is pathetic, someone please tell the manager, stoping your customer everytime they make a move is very irritating. They even charged for the water bottle. Bathroom were not clean and smelling. They we cockroachs every where, bedsheethad holes. Free breakfast was not complementary if one person ordered 2 Aloo Paratha they will charge you for it. Beware of these fraud people. We got a small room, that was worst room i ever stayed. When we asked to change the room attendant said this is the best you can get. When I pushed and said we will leave if you don't have any other room they said you have made the payment online even if you leave. We don't have any problem.

I was the worst experience there. Do not book at all. The behaviour of those people are very bad. Instead of accepting booking, they are not able to provide hotel on time. Among all bad thing, their behaviour was the worst thing. And he asked me not to share my experience here. Therafter they provided a room where pillow and curtains were not cleaned. Food was delicious to be honest. But i wont recommend it then too as you aren’t going to a hotel only for food.

The price is too high for the quality of the room. The room is deteriorating, old rusty stuff. And my room was full of cockroaches. The roomservice was quick though, but the hospitality of the waiter was bad.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a good personal experience with the hotel. Not tried food their so no comments for that, but the staff behaviour was good.. I personally did not find the room so costly and would definitely prefer to visit again.. And the foremost important thing is the location of the Hotel.. Its amazingly convenient as it has many fooding and easy conveyance options nearby.

The hotel was neat and clean and well facilitated. The staff was very supportive for everything. They helped us a lot in the new city. The atmosphere was pleasing and we had a comfortable stay. The food quality was good and it was tasty. Recommended budget stay for everyone.

What makes this hotel really good is its location. The staff is really friendly. Regards to Mr Abhay for his excellent service and making me feel like being home.

Fantastic location but rooms were a bit stinky of seepage. The bathroom is way too big. We stayed and had to leave early in the morning. There was a party of some 14 people in another room and we could not sleep the whole night. I asked the reception twice to quiet them down but to no success. Don't know how and why 14 men were allowed in 1 room and allowed to make so much noise all night.

It's very confusing to find this hotel in swaroop nagar area. No hording board or no direction sign available on the road. Not available a proper name tag on Google maps as well.

A good place to stay in kanpur, the location is superb,the rooms are decent and the staff is very polite & helpful especially Mr Abhay at the reception.....your stay will be as comfortable as possible....a true value for money.

Coming from Australia, I was looking for a good and comfortable Hotel in Kanpur when my son recommended this Hotel to me. Was planning to stay at different hotel but I honoured the decision of my son who I was meeting after 3 long years. And I must say that he was,absolutely right. What an amazing hospitality, what an amazing service. Mr. Abhay and Mr Vila's are very polite and very helpful. The room service was excellent, all the serving staff were very humble and well groomed. Room given to me was clean tidy and very good going by the tariff. Location of the hotel is very good, a number of cafes and restaurants on the street. God bless both the managers Mr Abhay and Mr Vikas. I will be staying there whenever I go to Kanpur. Wonderful stay.
