I had an impeccable experience at this particular ‘Burger King’ branch. The order was taken immediately, whoppers were delicious and the staff had been polite, helpful and cooperative. If you ever visit Rave Moti, I highly recommend to visit this particular branch ‘Burger King’.

Worst BK store you will ever find. Always serves cold burgers and fries. Happened with me three times in a row. Staff is also very rude. Better eat at any roadside burger stall than this store as I doubt they serve fresh burgers.

It's been my third, when I asked them for a Softy Cone and they denied it. Every time there is some issue with Vanilla softy cones, if you can't provide them, why have you mentioned it on your application or even at your store. I request the manager of the store to pay attention to this thing. If the next time I come here and the issue will be resolved and I won't face any such situation. I will be happy to reconsider my rating. Thanks

I ordered 4 items out of which only 2 were delivered I tried get refund from Zomato they said restaurant is not picking up call. Then I tried to contact restaurant the manager gave me another phone number to discuss the matter and also I didn’t get any refund or replacement. That’s how they fool people who are paying for their food.

Today on 22 jan 2023 i visited your store at rave moti mall kanpur food court, I asked to the lady at counter for 2 veg burgers(veg makhani) and i asked her to take payment as cash but she denied insted she told me that they only sell meal over the counter not just two burgers and asked me to order on-line via your app, even on requesting and saying that i only have cash payment available and I'm not having enough battery power on my phone she didn't took my order, this incident made me upset today. All i want to know people who dont have a smartphone or people with cash payment are not allowed to purchase burgers at your store or my case was something special?
