I visited their with family today. But it was a terrible experience. To begin with they didn’t have proper parking and the guard asked us to park on the road itself. After that the hotel ac was not working which they couldn’t fix even after multiple requests. Further the food was too spicy even the veg soft noodles were sprinkled with a lot of chilli sauce despite an assurance that they are not spicy. Even in lemon and coriander soup a lot of green chillies were put….overall this place is a complete no no….

Few days back I went to Moon and Mars Resort with my family to attend my relative's wedding function the whole decoration was so aesthetic and if I talk about the food the presentation, taste and service was top notch. Rooms were so clean and cozy. Every staff member I encountered with was so eager to help. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The property was so beautiful!!

The location of this is best as it is situated on GT Road and it is very big in size . They have open gardens , food court, halls for the events and programs. They have ample of parking space in the back of the resort , in entrance they have their resturant in which they serve very delicious veg and non veg food. I would prefer if any one want to take family for dinner or lunch should go their .

I recently celebrated my birthday at Moon and Mars Resort. We were like 8-9 people. They had managed everything so perfectly like the food, decoration, cake and service. My kids played in their kids playing zone area. They have huge lawns and banquets for Wedding Purpose and huge car parking space inside. I will recommend all corporate companies to explore this resort for business meetings like Seminars / Conferences or Distributor Meet and to all individuals for your personal events like Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday or a get-together parties . Positives : Great ambience for parties. Modern construction and decorations. Nice rooms Negatives : Customer service isn’t very good. The response to requests is slow, and sometimes ignored completely. The worst part is the food. It tastes good, but is stale or unhygienic. All members of our party had upset stomachs each time we ate food from their restaurants.

Definitely one of the better places to invite your loved ones and relatives for wedding functions and receptions. Spacious, decorative, good catering staff with avg food. Had one of the worst experiences with the hotel reception staff and the people who were staffed during the night of wedding rituals. Sheer lack of hospitality. Apparently asking them to serve tea invites some insulting slurs. Please add the diet package(yeah that’s what they call tea/coffee) while booking mandap halls. Not only the staff talked rudely but also insulted a couple of seniors. And also made us feel how poor or rich we are as per them 😊. I would still appreciate property manager Nitesh for picking up my call over night and address the concerns. But even after that a couple of staff members dint shy away making fun of us and laugh about it.

Moon and Mars Resort is the finest resort in the Kanpur City. I recently visited this place with my family from the moment I arrived until my departure every aspect of my visit was nothing short of exceptional. They have an exquisite dining area and If I talk about the food Every meal that I ordered has tantalized my taste buds. The atmosphere of the whole ambience was so vibrant and aesthetic. I must also highlight the resort's pool facilities it was well maintained and clean. They have a very big parking space in their resort. Amazing place . Beautifully built and the arrangements made are good enough. The manager Mr. Nirbhay is also very helpful and extremely professional. I wish him and this establishment all the best for the coming years and surely will visit again.

Moon and Mars has now become synonymous to delicate food for me. The food is so tasty specially their steamed momos, mushroom do pyaza, and well cooked dal and naans. I was taken by surprise by the clean and surreal atmosphere. The service was just amazing and the staff was very generous to accomodate to our needs. A great place to spend time with your friends and family. You can enjoy their clean swimming pool and kids can enjoy different swings. I would really recommend people to visit the place so that you thank me later.😊

Everything is good. pool water should be more refining and colourful and add dJ system . And their managers and staff are so cooperative they suggest us for the best continental food ever miss this place...

Food is good, bit over priced. No card accepted easily we were 6 people and who carries 6000 cash in pocket for casual dinner. No high chairs for kids which has damaged our complete experience as me and wife has to eat one by one. Tv with loud music and default bad speakers are pinching to ears during india world cup. Service is very good, they take multiple feedback and always listen everything in once. Ambiance and cleanliness was also very good. It was only dinner no hotel or rooms.

Hey. That's a really beautiful resort and resturant but had it been pure vegetarian I would have visited more often. Just a suggestion because people usually search for pure vegetarian restaurants. Overall it was a nice experience.

It is one of the best lawn of kanpur. It is away from the noise of city. If you think for enjoy your celebration you should visit once. It's a grand lawn with extra activities.

It was perfect for wedding and family occasions and is located in a remote area so you need your own conveyance as you cannot expect any public conveyance there. Besides the food and service is great too. Not sure about the charges. The charges are a little high. But you'll enjoy your stay there

The ambience was great. It's a vast property with gardens and pond. It also has attractions for kids like a mini zoo, although, with a very few animals. The restaurant was not very busy and hence I can't voich for how fresh the food was. Still, the taste was good. Best time to visit is before it gets dark so you can roam around and click good pictures.

One of the best wedding destination in Kanpur. Having a fine dine restaurant, Golden Aroma, Excellent..place to visit in weekend with children. Plenty of lush green area, a little zoo area in which many ducks, parrots, rabbits, cats birds and pets are there. Overall one of the best place for weekend picnic with family.

I have hosted marriage function for my niece and nephew in Moon and Mars. I appreciate the entire staff of Moon and Mars for providing the excellent services with scrumptious food. Staff was very copprative and services were excellent. I am thankful to entire staff and GM of the property for providing the excellent facility during the marriage and other functions.

This wedding banquet is good. Out from city with AMPLE parking space which can cover 2 marriages at once. Which most of the banquet in city is lacking of. Rest of the service and rooms are good. Overall a recommended place.

I attended my friend's engagement in January. Waiters are very polite. Decent space and lounge. Food was awesome. They also have dance floor.

I visited for family dinner and must say that food was excellent. Resort is very big and clean. Kids also enjoyed with open ducks there. My kid's often urge me for moon and Mars, I would like to say atleast one should go there once.

Yesterday evening, i ordered the food to Moon N Marse Resorts over the phone. The food was prepared and handed over within due time without any lapse and food quality was incredibly wonderful. This type of high quality food may be available in such a surprisingly cool and calm area, it is totally unbelievable. In addition to above, on last 12th Feb'22, I visited Moon N Marse for celebrating birthday of my younger son along with 2 more families. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had an experience with waiters those are right balance of discipline and efficiency. Further, management done in the restaurant and resort is marvelous. HATS OFF and Kudos!

It have the facilities of Hotel Rooms, Resort and Restaurant. But It's not a good choice for Restaurant. Visited a week ago. Look wise interiors are good. Food quantity served here is very good but quality is not so good. Specially the quality of 'Mushroom-do-Pyaza' served was very poor.

This property is situated just outside Kanpur on Kanpur Fatehpur road. It looks non descriptive from outside but once you are ushered in, you will be pleasantly surprised with the ambiance of the restaurant. It has a seating capacity of around 50 person in neatly arranged tables with plush sofas and comfortable chairs. The restaurant and it's restrooms are squeaky clean. The service is very prompt and all the staffs are extremely helpful. They really make the eating experience joyful. Food quality and taste are very good. Overall, a recommend place for lunch or dinner.

Great hotel on a great location. This hotel is situated along the Highway and that makes it very easy to reach. Ambiance is nice, service is good and this place is quiet, free from hustle of city.

1.Staff are not professional they don't know how to entertain customer. They busy in their own work. 2. I don't think at this type of place how owner or senior allows their staff to take "guttka".billing counter person is eating guttka and can't even able to talk 3. This was my 3rd visit and now I think I will quit this place

Sorry to say but "Unchi dukaan Fike Pakwaan". I ordered masala dosa but got rooten dosa and chuttnies... The aaloo masala was smelling very bad.. and when I complained the manager was not agree to accept.... I told them to sample your rotten food but no reply... Bad experience.

A good infrastructure with severe cost cutting concept. Single 1 liter water bottle, single towel, single toothbrush, single tea pouch for two guest. Food quality is average. Quantity sufficient for two. Management mainly focus on booking of marriage halls and open space. Seams hotel is their secondary business. Restaurent is open for running traffic of highway.

The location is great, right next to main road! Beautifully decorated. The restaurant is spacious nicely set-up, the staff is soft-spoken and humble, but the food service is extremely slow.. Even though the flavor the aroma is amazing but the time they take for service is a complete spoiler.

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Dinner was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near in airport . I have attended my sister's engagement ceremony there, considering the hype around it, we thought everything will be picture perfect and we will enjoy each moment, but to our surprise the food that was served there was stale, and some of my family members had diarrhea eating that food. We have spent lacs of rs for this event, all gone to waste. I would advice all the people booking there, please look for some other good brands and don't waste your money there it's not worth it!!!! Totally disappointed 😔
