I was looking for a gym for my short visit at Kanpur and found this gym in the vicinity and happy to say .. it's a great gym equipped with latest equipment and the owner Ankur is very knowledgeable about fitness and himself a gym freak and also head trainer Saurabh is friendly and helpful.

The gym floor is good it has all the equipment be it strength or cardio. The trainers are friendly, ready to help. You also need not to worry about the exercise you need to do, when you enroll into the gym they do a full body analysis from which the trainer will give you a card which will have all the exercise that need to be done on the specific day which will also be mentioned.

I was very lean my weight was 42 kg but after joining this gym I was able to gain 10kg. I am very satisfied with this gym and all the trainer are very supportive. This is the best gym I have ever joined
