Service and Hospitality is awesome and perfect. Value for money. There services are at par of any 5 star hotel in price of 2 star. Superb Greenery, Trees, Aquarium, Palace like architecture- Everything is perfect from Food to Hospitality, Greenery to architecture and Services to well Mannerism :-)

Worst service I ever had seen. Rude behaviour of staff towards customer.

Pathetic staff and their behavior towards customers ! We had ordered a plate of Maggie and till 25 mins we had waited. After that, we asked him how much time he would take more. He asked us to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never ever seen this kind of rude behavior with their customers . I believe "What good will he say to the one who cannot respect his customers?"

It look royal from out side with huge open garden wellcoming you Hotel need some cleaning inside . Lots of stains on bed, washroom- tap and shower Handel's. -- pan guttaka spitting marks on walls . Staff is very co-operative, and helpfull food is nice

I love maggi & coffee of this place.. even tho it looks expensive the prices of dishes are moderate. Staff is quiet friendly & you can customize your orders as per your taste. This place have a huge green garden too.. which is utmost beautiful in evening & night.
