Mark is a very experienced jeweler who really goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He makes beautiful jewelry and does great repair work. I don't think you'll find a better jeweler any where.

I trust the Jeweler’s Bench with my family heirloom. I know the rings are worn and not impressive by today’s taste, but these rings are special to me. The Jeweler’s Bench brought back the shine! I bought the rings for my wife when we were broke in college. She wore them for 12 years. When it came time for my son to ask his wife to marry him, I asked his mother for our rings so our son could give them to his wife. She said “yes” and then it was time to make the rings hers. No only did both rings need sizes correctly, but the old worn gold needed thickened to withstand the test of time. I am so proud my rings have a new life and with the help of the Jeweler’s Bench, my son and daughter’s rings are stronger than the day I bought them 35 years ago.

Great store and wonderful service. We had a watch band that we tried to adjust at home. In doing so, we absolutely messed it up. At Jeweler’s Bench they got the watch band properly adjusted and appropriately sized. They were efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Superb service. We are from out of town and my wife's watch battery gave out. Jewelers bench very efficiently replaced the battery, fixed a band lug that had was bad and even instructed my wife on how the chronograph functions work. They went the extra mile and we are delighted with the service.

Replaced 2 batteries on my watches. Took the time to explain the differences in mechanics of watches. I can tell he’s knowledgeable. Real down to earth social gentleman. Can get busy a bit. 2 watches. Took 20 minutes with one given him some trouble. You can leave them and come back to pick up if you want. I’ll do business with him again.

I went in to clean an ancient coin, and he said he would not because their not supposed to be cleaned. I didn't know that, so I'm glad he knew not to.

Brought a Movado sapphire watch that was 2 weeks out of warranty in for repair. Kay Jewelers sent watch out and came back with a $700 estimate. I declined and brought it here instead. The owner was super knowledgeable and quoted the repair at $60. So I went home and grabbed 2 more movado watches that needed battery replacement. I received (3) watches repaired for $100 and had everything back next week. Extremely fair and honest business practice. I will bring everything here from now on. Thank you
