I showed up for my appointment. The original location sent me to executive park. Per staff, their computers were down. I was able to fill out my entire DOT physical on paper quickly. I was in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes, from start to finish. Great group of people. They made the process seamless and I'm grateful!

Went in for a work physical and the staff were very pleasant. Fast and friendly front desk help with bubbly personalities! Nichol took me through the testing and was an absolute sensation. She was extremely friendly and made jokes along way, making the whole experience positive. It's refreshing to be treated positively by positive staff in such a fast paced environment.

First, both the young ladies at the front desk were very nice, friendly and professional. The nurse that took me back to the room was also very friendly. The Dr answered all my questions and had a great attitude considering I was the last patient of the day. I own a business and what I would give to have a group of ladies like them to run my company.

I had an employment screen and physical scheduled today. The registration process was seamless and my nurse Daniel H. was excellent. He gave me an overview of the process and let me know exactly how long I could expect to be there. Great communication from him, the front desk staff and the doctor.
