Do not communicate with Dr. Wilson. He had angry control problem. I did not feel safe when talk with him! I just felt that in the next moment, he was going to hurt me. And I had to ask him to leave. I almost felt I needed to call policy. He was sent to talk with me because I was not happy with the teeth whitening service. I know my teeth very well they never be sensitive so I know the procedure was not done professionally. I expected to talk with customer service not him. He was not the one provide service and I never blamed anything on him, or even the doctor who had done the service. I tried to explain what was not done professionally and I just need someone to come up with solution. Not sure where his angry came from. He started to show his angry when I explained my disagreement. From the entire communication, I felt violent and male-dominant. He takes it personally. Stay away from Dr. Wilson! I never had any other issues with other team members. I will not return if Dr. Wilson works here because I will not contribute my money to someone who does not show respect to female patients.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction and they got me in really quickly and they did a fabulous job. The staff is super friendly and everyone knew what they were doing and were happy to be doing it. I am definitely going back here for my next appointment. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable! Went back as promised and received top rate service from 2 different people that had, once again, fabulous personalities as well as great skills. Highly recommend this clinic!

Staff was amazing and so personable. They totally put our son at ease and patiently worked to get him x-rays and exam. We were met with answers to our questions and complete professional. UPDATE 7/11/2022: Today was an amazing example of how health care should be done. From lobby, to surgery center, and out the door we could be no more pleased. UPDATE 2/9/2023: Our son was able to do a complete cleaning, for about 30 minutes today. Dr. Herr was AMAZING, how she was able to work diligently keeping him calmed and still. We cannot be more thrilled with this facility and what they have done for us. UPDATE 8/23/2023: Another seamless day of service for our son's 6 month cleaning and checkup! So happy to come here without worries!

I am greatly pleased by the care and professionalism of my dental work performed by Dr Brady and team. The Clinic really uses the latest in Dental technology and I am impressed. I am getting older so have had many procedures over the years. I can say that my care here is of the highest quality I have ever experienced. I highly reccomend the clinic Just had to brand new caps placed and they look excellent

We were welcomed and our check in made easy with the staffs help. The doctor came out into the cold to look at my son’s teeth and explain a plan. He has Frontal Lobe Dementia. I have great confidence in the Dr. And the care my son will receive.

I didn't have to wait long. Ann,the hygienist was gentle, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. The doctor was very funny, and told me I had a great smile as she was looking at my x-rays.

My son, with Down Syndrome had a referral appointment at the Dental Clinic. From the moment we stepped in to the University Health building EVERYONE greeted us with a smile and spoke to us. Our son, was a little nervous, but that quickly went away due to all the kindness we were shown. The front office, dental assistants and the Dentist were AMAZING with our son. We quickly decided we are changing to this dentist office where they are experts with dealing with disabilities of all kinds! We will gladly drive from Warrensburg, Mo to his appointments.

I had an appointment scheduled for a filling, which turned out to be a more difficult procedure than expected(due to the placement of the filling) Dr.Herr spoke with me throughout the entire process and ensured that I was okay through this procedure. She was very professional and helped release my dentist anxiety! Great Job Dr.Herr and her partner Alex.

My Dentist and his co-worker were very good. They where pleasant and professional, and I will recommend University Health/Lakewood Dental to everyone I know. I only wish I had wrote down both of their names, so I would be able to put Dr Monroe and his Dental Assistant name in print. That is how much I was impressed by their treatment.

When I checked in they gave me a tablet to answer questions. I was treated as a new patient because they said it had been over 2 years since coming. I was given another patient's information. Took me 30 minutes to answer dozens if not hundreds of prescriptions meds, yes or no. Only one was a yes and had to type in 5 others unlisted. Would've been quicker to type in all 6 meds. I got in quickly after that. I made my appointment for a dental cleaning. They did not tell me I would not get that cleaning. A simple explanation of what to be expected would help. I did not know who was who. Everyone rushed and mumbled. I am now scheduled for a deep cleaning I have never had before and may need 3 "small" cavities filled. It was not explained what exactly it is and why I needed it. Is it required? Was it required I needed 3 "small" fillings or would another less invasive treatment work? I had a knot in my cheek to get checked as I was afraid it was an abscess and it was smashed and flattened with his fingers. It hurt and spread the pain and a foul taste in my mouth. I am happy it is gone now, but it was weird. I also had some guy with another patient, sitting very close to my cubicle invading my space in my opinion. My experiences have been better in the past.

It was a very good experience. Got my teeth cleaned and the woman was very knowledgeable and shoeed great concern. The dentist took time to explain all that he saw and made me feel very good about coming there. I felt like i respected and made sure to understand all the needed work. I havent ever been treated so well!

I just love the dentists here. The pediatric side is fantastic. They care, they remember your name, and they collaborate well together. We switched practices to go here and haven’t looked back.

I have found that workers at any level respond well to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Try giving them a compliment especially when they are perhaps under paid and overworked. It goes a long way when you do. Acknowledge how busy they must be or how well they handle all the emergencies and the grumpy people in pain

Made an appointment that was long overdue and am so relieved that I did. Had several partial extractions ,am now in a lot of pain,,,but just thinking of the kindness and professionalism of their staff and doctors,,,,,consider this pain a small price and extremely well worth it. The Pediatric Dentist, Beth, is wonderful. She is calm, kind and fun. We have moved out of town and travel 3 hours just to continue dental care with her. My child very scared of going to the dentist and now enjoys it :) I can’t speak highly enough and am very thankful
