PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! SCAMMERS!!! This was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. They took $200 off my credit card for smoking in the room. I have never smoked in my life. The manager refused to help and insisted they had pictures of cigarettes in my room. When I asked him to send me the pictures he refused and hung up the phone. I stayed in this hotel for less than 24 hours and this is one of the many issued I had with them. It is not worth staying here for free. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. Enjoyed the clean rooms, Beautiful off street parking at a small price, but luxurious hotel. Me and my kids stayed at Christmas time and Truly Enjoyed ourselves, it was definitely a Christmas we want forget. The Beautiful Christmas Trees, the coffee shop and the Restaurant inside saved us from going out due to COVID-19 restrictions our stay was Perfect. And I will Be Back...

Went on anniversary and this place seemed pretty great. But it was overall very underwhelming. Multiple issues in room. Parking garage was a fight even though you pay for a spot. (Though we were there during graduation). Place feels old if you like that kinda thing. All around it met the needs of a hotel. But just quality is not a 4 star hotel. Feels closer to motel.

This hotel does what it's supposed to do: the beds were comfortable, the blackout curtains kept the room dark and there was a pool, which was great for the hot days. A few flaws: the shuttle service was only available sporadically, there was no in-room safe or laundry bag and only one of our key cards worked. Also, it's close to a few entertainment venues, and it can be hard to get to the hotel if you try to arrive after a show is over. However, the flaws aren't serious, and I do recommend this place.

My husband and I were passing through and decided to stop at this hotel. We checked in and went down to the bar. We immediately saw that it was very crowded, but decided to go in anyway. We were so surprised. We saw a young lady named Irma as the only employee there. She was working at warp speed taking orders, delivering orders, AND visiting with her customers. We had no idea someone could wait on a room that fast and correctly. A couple behind us told her they went to the front desk and were not able to get what they needed. Irma walked straight to the lobby and got it for them. They were so thankful. We are so glad that we stopped at the bar, had a lovely young lady wait on us so quickly and politely. She was calm, sure of herself and happy. She is an asset to your company. No where else on our trip were we this well taken care of.

Despite having stayed here many times over the years unfortunately we definitely will not be going back. When we stayed with our family a few months ago the experience was just ok. Asked for a crib for our 9-month and it was in VERY poor condition, on top of it being outfitted with a king size sheet which is a huge suffocation hazard on top of just not safe sleep practices for baby. Breakfast room service was not available and there was visible water damage in our room. Despite that experience we stupidly booked here again for the Aerosmith concert mainly because it was one of the few affordable hotels in walking distance. Then the concert tour was cancelled. At that point I scoured my e-mail for our hotel confirmation so we could cancel. We had viewed and priced so many other hotels that i couldnt remember who we actually booked with. I had zero e-mail confirmations. I even combed our credit card bill looking for who we had booked with and nothing. I honestly assumed maybe i had messed up and never submitted our reservation. Fast forward and a charge pops up from the night we were supposed to stay. Called the hotel to share what had happened and the manager whom was very cold and gave zero cares about losing future business did nothing to try to help. I even asked if it mattered that we would probably never stay there again because of lack of confirmation being sent and poor customer service and still nothing. Very disappointed and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

What a great place. I know it’s in DT and it can be crazy getting in and out of hotels, but this hotel is very easy and convenient if you have to go out. But a lot is close by within walking distance. Check in was great! Front desk is lively and fun to interact with. Making you feel welcome. Rooms are very clean and spacious, some with nice views. Check out was also a breeze. Staff at the front desk were equally fun to interact with. Definitely will stay again when I come back in town.

Had a positive experience at the hotel. Staff was super friendly and nice. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was small and if you are tall the shower would be an issue. Looking like Buddy in Elf. I was only here for a night. Didn’t eat or drink at any of the restaurants. Parking garage was safe and secure which was most of the reason I stayed. Would stay again. Was a little loud to street noise even on the 19th floor.

Before finalizing any trip, I do a quick check on a few sites, including HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm My last trip was surprisingly affordable after that bit of research. Fantastic location for events at the convention center with a lot of nearby restaurants and fantastic grocery store. The rooms were clean and the thermostat was incredibly responsive. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough, and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Was super impressed with the room and the view. The bed was comfy! The room was very clean and nice! Location was good. Not very crowded on the streets for a weekend. I'll definitely go back.

Lobby was beautiful, and the bartender/waitress was awesome, but as far the rooms go, considering this is rated a 4 star hotel it was a underwhelming. Very small bathroom and not a lot of modern conveniences. Location was awesome. Music venues, restaurants, beautiful architecture were all within walking distance.

Nice suites though a little dated. Great staff. Reasonable prices for the location. The architecture in the downtown area is beautiful! Don't forget parking is $20 per night. You will need to get your room key to access the parking garage and use the elevators to your floor.

Decided to pick this hotel because they offered a suite with a view and I wasn't expecting the view we got!! Not only was our room extremely spacious and quiet! I loved waking up in the morning to sunshine and the gorgeous view of downtown! We didn't have any parking in the garage the first night but we were able to park in a garage down the street. Overall I'd stay again in a heartbeat in the same room!

Great hotel at a great location. Easy walking to Power & Light. Garage parking. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bar downstairs is nice with a little coffee shop to the front that's open in the mornings next to their breakfast room. The pantry in the lobby is good for late night snacks and early morning hydration.

We stayed here because my husband got a discount for being a veteran. It was okay .. honesty it is cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at! Felt it was a bit pricey for not including breakfast. Had a little hiccup with our check out we had requested a late check out gal said yes would 1:30 work? We said yes. Day of check out they told us we needed to leave because they needed to clean the room. This lady said late check out depends that day.(day you check out) Which they didn't inform us that at the beginning...i recommend they inform that to the customer when they ask for late check out so it's not confusing. Overall they were nice!

Great view, but not a hotel we plan to stay at again. Loved the pillows on the bed, but the bed was not comfortable to me. It felt too hard. At one point in the middle of the night, I contemplated waking my husband up and leaving to go home so we could get some good sleep. (Staycation). The elevators from the parking garage are incredibly slow. We discovered later that there were more elevators that didn’t have as long of a wait. There was also some hair on the floor in the bathroom. Not a big deal, as everything else was clean, but it was noticeable.

My stay here was great. The front desk staff was friendly and upgraded me to a suite as a Platinum Elite member. The room was very spacious with great views, but the washroom area was way too small given the size of the rest of the room. Not sure why such a small bathroom was planned for a hotel like this. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the waiter there Khalid was very energetic and attentive. It was a lovely stay here and the location was great as well.

A fun place to stay, perfect location for every need (walking distance to everything) Breakfast was really good and the service was great. Hotel security are very nice and engaging with guests. We really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was I was expecting more out of the rooms. They are standard rooms, nothing special. Normal size, typical bathrooms. Just on the small size. We didn't have a giod view either, nor did my BIL on the floor above us. Over all it was a good stay

Extremely kind professional friendly informative staff! Each hotel ran member we had an interaction with made the stay pleasant! They had delicious breakfast excellent mimosa and omelet! The server was polite professional and kind. The room gets 3 stars because we had an insect hanging out and the lower half of the walls were dirty. 1 of 2 of The parking lot elevator was not working which left us waiting for a few minutes each time we used it. However it was big room. Didn't hear many noises outside or in hallway. The view out the giant window was phenomenal. I'll probably stay their again. The location was not great for going for walks. All in all , the staff really made the stay great! They also had a beautiful flower wall you can take pics in front of.

The room was great! Only downfall was no microwave in the room but they have one downstairs. The full steam coffee place in the lobby is great! So many choices for pastries, and sandwiches. (We stayed in king suite) which had a walk in closet and separated living room. Very nice!

Was not very impressed with this hotel. Rooms were small bathrooms are really small. The fixtures in the bathroom and rust on them. The restaurant bar appear to be short staffed and messed up several different food orders while I was there. Low ceiling parking garage so if you have a truck that's got a lift on it good luck parking somewhere. The company needs to put some money into the building to make the rooms nicer. For the price it's not a bad stay I just expected a little bit more from a Crowne plaza. It's on the lower end of a 3-star rating. The good thing I would say is the staff there was very very friendly. They're also very helpful.
