Worst
Embassy
Suites
I’ve
stayed
at
by
a
mile.
I’ve
had
nothing
but
good
experiences
at
other
Embassy
Suites
so
I
didn’t
read
reviews
before
booking
this
one,
which
was
a
mistake.
I
will
start
with
some
good
before
listing
many
of
the
negatives.
Most
of
the
staff
were
nice
and
tried
to
be
helpful,
the
pool
was
fun
for
my
young
children,
breakfast
and
happy
hour
were
decent.
Now
for
the
bad…the
hotel
is
extremely
dated
and
run
down.
Carpets
are
stained
and
taped
to
keep
them
together
all
over
the
place.
Visible,
thick
dust
on
the
walls.
The
elevator
situation
is
abysmal.
Out
of
the
three
elevators
in
the
hotel
only
one
worked
the
entire
time
we
were
there.
Two
were
working
about
half
the
time,
which
was
still
insufficient
for
how
many
guests
needed
to
use
it.
Anytime
we
had
to
use
the
elevator
it
would
take
10-20
minutes
to
get
one.
The
floor
inside
the
elevators
was
disgusting
and
buttons
are
broken
and
vandalism
is
scratched
into
the
metal
as
well.
Inside
the
room,
it
smelled
musty
and
had
lots
of
stains
on
the
carpets.
The
room
was
decently
clean
on
the
surface,
but
needs
some
serious
deep
cleaning
and/or
renovation
and
new
furniture.
We
did
not
get
any
housekeeping
service
during
our
two
night
stay
which
isn’t
a
huge
deal
but
for
the
nightly
rate
I
would
expect
some.
Something
is
wrong
with
either
the
TV
or
the
signal,
because
everything
was
blurry
or
glitchy
that
made
watching
it
difficult.
The
beds
were
comfortable
but
overall
the
room
just
felt
old
and
neglected.
Apart
from
the
few
positives
I
listed,
everything
about
this
hotel
feels
like
it’s
a
$49/night
motel,
not
an
Embassy
Suites.
I
will
never
stay
at
it
again,
and
will
definitely
think
twice
before
booking
other
Embassy
Suites.
