Ordered a Big Mac in the drive thru. Was told to pull around so they could cook it. Waited about 15 minutes and they finally brought it out. Hubby took a bite and then spit it right back out. The top patty was raw all the way through. Went back around the drive thru, was told the manager would talk to us. As we pulled around to the 2nd window we seen what must have been the manager, hand over our remade burger to the employee at the window and walked away before we could even say anything.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Special ordered 2 sandwiches & neither was fresh. One was extra sauce, and no pickles, in which they pulled the pickle off and added the extra sauce. The other was extra sauce, and all they did was add the extra sauce. Sometimes, when people make special requests, that means they wanna know the food is made fresh. Lastly, the fries were cold as well.

This place should be shut down! Horrible staff & customer service. I had a Door Dash driver wait almost 30 mins for my order, then they gave me less than half of my order! Currently disputing this whole order with Door Dash. Then there was hair in one of my kids burger smh they don’t wear hair nets, probably don’t even wash their hands. If you’re visiting downtown KC stay away from this place, go to Taco Bell down the street!

This is no exaggeration. We literally sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before we got to the speaker to order. Then after almost 5 minutes of nobody talking we drove to the window and ordered. This McDonald's is a joke.

The drive thru was packed but fast. The last time I was inside the floors were dirty, then a homeless man came in and pissed on himself and started an argument with everyone. I recommend the drive thru only.

Had some woman take 5-10 mins to even get to me in the drive-thru. When she finally did after I tried to politely grab her attention, she did not say anything along the lines of "Sorry for the wait" or "How may I take your order" she stayed silent, so I stayed silent and when she finally spoke up again she told me "So you're just going to sit there and say nothing now like an idiot?" Horrible service.

How is this location still running???? Never fails...... You sit in a drive thru line for 20-30min+ before even placing an order and dont get acknowledged at the speaker until they feel like finally taking the order. What is the purpose of a drive thru if you make customers wait as if they're sitting at a table inside a restaurant?? & what is the purpose of paying employees for poor customer service?.... it's better to replace this McDonalds with a different restaurant than to repeatedly have poor customer service and never care to correct it. Its been like this for years and the owner should feel ashamed for allowing it. NOT WORTH IT

This location can usually be found wrapped in cars. It's pretty busy, but they are pretty quick. I usually stop by this location if I need a quick snack on the way to or from downtown KC. It's a few exits away from the entertainment districts. There is not another location within downtown.
